Enzo's system took us to 2nd in the league mate. Couldn't have asked for more. Last season we were happy with 6th. And he does tweaks the tactics. Just have to have more football IQ to see it.

Every player is different even guys in the same position, bringing on subs not only brings on fresh legs but it changes the morale of the players still on the field , it also means the players on the field can give more knowing that they will get changed rather than having to store energy to play 90 mins

But even if we are out of top 4 let say at the end of the season we are 5th position I still think we should give him more chance because he is improving the team. Our bench had zero midfielders subs, so enzo and caicedo were gassed. Gusto is terrible on the attack, should've benched him this game. Noni for neto should've been way sooner as well. Embarrassing manager making excuses, every fan can see it and yet he's stubborn. IT's no wonder he almost choked the league with a Leicester side that was clearly miles ahead of championship teams.

In the start when Jackson was scoring like crazy almost every game nobody cried, Isak wasn't scoring back then he juts came in form now and everybody now talks about him... Form is temporary guys, Jackson have the chances and his pressing skills are good. I think he's decent enough to score some goals and provide assists, you can't expect him to be Salah or CR7, he score but he cant score every game...

I watched great strikers and I noticed that they don't just score clear cut chances, they score half chances and even create chances out of nothing. Jackson can't be relied on. He is good but not world class striker that Chelsea need. Also, the inexperience in defence is alarming. For Josh looking as our best defender says a lot about the team.

Firstly, why has our tactics change after Cacu came back from his suspension? He is no more inventing into the Midfield but rather being wasted on the wings with no productivity. Secondly, Why the lack of interpositional play? Our players look more static at specific positions instead of playing free flowing like the beginning of the season. And thirdly, Our manager Enzo doesn't seem to have confidence in his own bench. Hence you see players tired or not at their best still playing while a bunch of more talented and hungry players sit on the bench.

People have to understand that you don't just sub players in for energy. They have to fit in with the tactics and system of the manager at that point in the game. Palmer was being used to draw defenders in and create space for other players to exploit and create chances. We should have taken all the chances we had in the first half and then Maresca could loosen his tactics and allow players with different skill sets to sub in. So I don't blame Maresca for our dropped points at all. We need a clinical striker who can put the game to bed and then we can use our other subs.

If we are serious about top 4, we must get a striker that is clinical in the front of goal. Jackson is good but not clinical. Palmer must not play for 90mns always. We need some one who can take his stead. Unfortunately Felix hasn't up his game.

I dont agree with Maresca's view on subs at all !! Every player is different even guys in the same position, bringing on subs not only brings on fresh legs but it changes the morale of the players still on the field , it also means the players on the field can give more knowing that they will get changed rather than having to store energy to play 90 mins

As long as we get top 4 this season I’ll be more than happy with Maresca. But even if we are out of top 4 let say at the end of the season we are 5th position I still think we should give him more chance because he is improving the team. I just felt that we are not being clinical enough & it could be because of the striker but we should have defended better. Winning 1-0 sometimes is better. Defensively we are not good enough & at the same time we are not clinical.
embarrassing from maresca. Those players he named were playing good, up until around 65-70 minute mark. YOu can tell by then that they were tired and we needed subs. Palmer once again went missing the 2nd half, obv he was tired. Sub him for felix. Make the sub for GUIU much earlier. THe first sub we had was at 81st minute and we concede right away due to a palmer mistake why I guarantee you he never makes if he wasn't tired. Our bench had zero midfielders subs, so enzo and caicedo were gassed. Gusto is terrible on the attack, should've benched him this game. Noni for neto should've been way sooner as well. Embarrassing manager making excuses, every fan can see it and yet he's stubborn. IT's no wonder he almost choked the league with a Leicester side that was clearly miles ahead of championship teams.
I agree that we not being in the title race doesn't mean that we keep losing matches. There are 3 attackers on bench and he doesn't sub them on time.

In the start when Jackson was scoring like crazy almost every game nobody cried, Isak wasn't scoring back then he juts came in form now and everybody now talks about him... Form is temporary guys, Jackson have the chances and his pressing skills are good. I think he's decent enough to score some goals and provide assists, you can't expect him to be Salah or CR7, he score but he cant score every game...
You should not just do changes because the players are tired or not playing well. you should do chsnges some times with a different player profile and try something different

I watched great strikers and I noticed that they don't just score clear cut chances, they score half chances and even create chances out of nothing. Jackson can't be relied on. He is good but not world class striker that Chelsea need. Also, the inexperience in defence is alarming. For Josh looking as our best defender says a lot about the team.

Chelsea had 1 shot on target....Palace had 6....he's talking utter bollocks. Palace 13 shots to Chelseas 15. Palace XG 1.01 Chelseas 1.3....Sanchez had to make 5 saves. Henderson none. That match statistically was a draw.

Firstly, why has our tactics change after Cacu came back from his suspension? He is no more inventing into the Midfield but rather being wasted on the wings with no productivity. Secondly, Why the lack of interpositional play? Our players look more static at specific positions instead of playing free flowing like the beginning of the season. And thirdly, Our manager Enzo doesn't seem to have confidence in his own bench. Hence you see players tired or not at their best still playing while a bunch of more talented and hungry players sit on the bench.

He waited to long for substitution while we are 1 nil up even the game at fulham, 65-70 minutes should be the time to substitute especially as there is no end products up front, Jackson should have been off 20minutes before, Sacho should also have been off to keep him hungry and Madueke on also him play on the left. Palmer should have rest also so he can be fresh & even better next games

People have to understand that you don't just sub players in for energy. They have to fit in with the tactics and system of the manager at that point in the game. Palmer was being used to draw defenders in and create space for other players to exploit and create chances. We should have taken all the chances we had in the first half and then Maresca could loosen his tactics and allow players with different skill sets to sub in. So I don't blame Maresca for our dropped points at all. We need a clinical striker who can put the game to bed and then we can use our other subs.
