I tried to convince myself I didn't need it by looking at screenshots of my tartlette in bloom palette - which has been my ride or die for 3 years next to this. It made me want it more! Because my 3 FAAAAAVE shades in Tarte palette that I use all the time are similar but in the Huda they're pinkier and mauve. Then I tried to convince myself I didn't need it by going into Sephora and seeing it in person. She's definitely coming home with me next paycheck. Nothing worked, I need her! 😂

Patty Alonso Patty thanks so much for getting back to me. I went to Selfridges in London before the launch of either Carli ABH palette and Huda. I was swatching Natasha Denona, Urban Decay, Huda, ABH, Charlotte T, Hourglass you name it. I do not know why I found ABH formula a bit ‘unsophisticated’. I do not know if I am the only one. It was creamy but clunky. Some of Huda swatches were chunky glitters but close to Natasha Denona when on the lid. This is why I am confused.. thanks so much for your lovely Chanel.

I do have a question on the transition shade. I understand the purpose of a transition shade, however you applied a darker shade directly over the transition shade, so I didn’t see what purpose the transition shade served? I am new to applying eyeshadow beyond a “one and done” so I’d appreciate it very much if you could explain it. I really enjoy your videos!
It helps to defuse the edges and also so that the darker shade has no chance to be patchy or stick to the primer. It just helps things blend better I feel like by doing that you can end up blending faster
Great video! After I saw this look I went out and bought this Palette. I also bought the Medium, but I think it might be too dark for me. I will watch your tutorial on the Medium Palette and then I'll decide if I should keep it or return it. Thank you.
I love HP and I'm in my 40s so there is nothing wrong with that. Love the 2nd look but question is the fallout so bad ? I usually do eyes first so it shouldn't be a problem right? I haven't decided which one I will buy...so I'll wait for the rest of your videos.
If you do eyes first it won’t be a problem at all! In the first video I did eyes last and it just looked like I had highlighter a bit too much under my eyes 😂 😂

FYI: many people have received Huda nudes broken . I think it’s the soft formula. I had the broken ones replace and one was still broken. But they are beautiful otherwise.
