    Though i live by the "no mercy to cheaters" creed, it's a testament to how broken the system is when a man has to give up his life and become someone else just to escape the evils of that broken and unjust system. I'm glad it worked out for him.

    I would've told the judge that I would be requesting an investigation by the state judicial tenure commission to see if she has acted improperly in other divorce cases and made the same kind of rulings in those cases that would prove not only judicial misconduct but also bias based on gender and that she will be lucky if she doesn't get blacklisted for her shenanigans.

    When someone is held in contempt of court to coerce payments, the judge is required by law to release you if you state you have no intention of complying. This is because I ts not meant to be punitive, only coercive. This means the moment the judge knows they cannot coerce compliance, and keep you in jail, that actually constitutes judicial malpractice, and can be censured and even be dismissed.

    • @KaitharVideo
      @KaitharVideo 10 месяцев назад +7

      Except they don't. See H. Beatty Chadwick for an extreme example. Contempt against a sitting judge basically lasts as long as you continue to do whatever you've been held in contempt for, the penalty is imposed unconditionally and appeals court held he could be held indefinitely for refusing to follow a court order. The magic word isn't coerce or punitive, it's "remedial", meaning an attempt to enforce compliance with a rule rather than punish for breaking it. Remedy is fulfilled as soon as you cooperate, hence there being no clock to run out.
      Since it's direct contempt in a court you have all the evidence necessary for proving refusal beyond any doubt, you can't appeal contempt directly but instead would have to appeal the order being refused, and pretty much your only direct out is to prove the order is deficient or impossible to fulfil. The court ordered to pay money, your only legal options are to pay, appeal or declare bankruptcy. Refuse and you get held til you do one of those. You can also normally get out by fulfilling by proxy or convincing the judge that you have genuine intent to comply. It's not like "I can't pay cause I'm locked up" is a novel concept.
      Things change if you can prove you don't have the money to pay, but that requires providing evidence about your finances that the court will consider. In this case, where tens of millions of dollars supposedly went missing, they'd just hit you with a fraud charge instead. Hiding money overseas isn't really all Hollywood make it out to be, see IRSM 9.7.10. It would only be a matter of a prosecutor deciding what financial crimes to hit with based on the paper trail.
      Pretty sure judges have discretion over whether what's sufficient in cases of misconduct in court, and can switch from further jail time to a fine if/when they decide that's appropriate. Judges generally don't like ruling against other judges over matters of procedural conduct unless it's exceptionally egregious... a flight risk involving 7-figure values isn't going to get much sympathy.

      The only "real" part would be the broken legal system.
      The rest of it is illogical fantasy written by a person who doesn't have the faintest clue about how the law works, banks work (or the laws and regulations they're under), can't keep his story straight (quit his firm job years ago when the kids were born but "hadn't been working there for a few weeks" when the soon-to-be ex called looking for him), apparently the wife didn't notice the garage getting emptied out, etc.
      Written by a clown.
      But the court proceedings are probably the realest part. I'm 45 and the number of people I've met through church, work, etc that have been through nightmare court scenarios (I lost a friend of mine back in 2014 who was in his 60s and being forced into bankruptcy due to divorce and alimony from decades ago) is mind-blowing.
      The courts are no longer part of a legal justice system. It's had its authority co-opted to further the destruction of man, family, and society.

    • @MrNickPresley
      @MrNickPresley 10 месяцев назад +4

      @@ObservationofLimitsYeah, seems like he’d have been caught trying to stash the money away at least a few times. The court would be able to go through his finances to see where deposits were made within a certain timeframe, and it would look especially suspicious if the money for all of those accounts he supposedly passed the money through came from his bank account. I’m not an expert in any respect, but even I know that it would leave a huge paper trail that would inevitably lead right back to him, even if he used cash deposits only. And they’d be able to hold him until they found it, since he expressed that he would not comply, and being held in contempt is remedial, not punitive.
      Plus, he called his wife a “304”, which I don’t think sees much use outside of online spaces.

    It is significant to note that when OP acknowledged that not only the judge, but the judicial system blatantly voided the equal justice under the law contract, he was no longer obligated to keep that contract either. While the judge was able to abuse the system in her attempt to enslave OP, he had every right to use every option available to him to free himself from judicial tyranny. He had every right up to and including the elimination his enslavers, but he chose a softer and more effective approach. Since when have the courts established the rights of women to place a statute of limitations on paternal fraud against men? And to eliminate the constitutional rights of a man innocent of any crime in an exchange to protect the unconstitutional rights of innocent children that are not biologically his? In such instances he is just as innocent as the children! Yet, the courts continue to only enforce portions of the marital contract that allows themselves to establish and maintain the power to enslave others, while ignoring the inconvenient parts of fidelity and loyalty that make a marriage what it actually is!

      It has to do with the marriage "license". Back in the old days you would get married and the priest would give you a marriage certificate. What this license does is create a contract between the couple and the government. You lose your Constitutional rights at that point because it is a contract.

In which case men are better off staying single, paying for everything a wife can provide and adopt kids or do surr0gacy, until they invent AI wombs. Stay safe gents.

The children they left were not theirs according to legend. Neither left much money and one left the marital property in hock to the bank. Both wives lost everything after their now ex-husbands got out of jail. One case goes back to the early 1980s and the other to the middle 1990s. 3500 a month, more than half of everything he built and he still has to pay for everything?
    Can't understand why he'd be upset.
    Especially when she was the one doing everything wrong.

    What a ridiculous fantasy. I wish things like this can happen in real life.

      Things like that HAVE happened before and still happen to this day.
      I once met an englishman in Barbados who did that. Except he didnt spend a day in jail. He just transferred all of their money, sold his company and liqidated it. Closed all the accounts and left the country on a business trip that never ended to this day.

    Too bad it is partially true that they always reward the wayward spouse.

      @@sienkiewiczmonika1161 Yeah. He described his new lover the same superficial way: her body and $ex are great. He didn't say that he fell in love, he didn't say he likes her. Nothing about truly important things.

    Turn the other cheek is not meant to enable abuse. It really means to bear the pain without lashing out, and level the playing field.

    OP should have demanded court ordered paternity tests on the kids and then sued to have his name removed from the birth certificates. He also needed a much better lawyer.

      A better lawyer would not help with a biased judge like the one in this story

      @@jld12er , but a private detective/private investigator, as well as connections to higher level judges, WOULD help that matter, though. Show all of the corruption to the media with the copies of the evidence that you have, arm your vehicle, and make...allies to assist you, and a lot of them, and they will learn that you mean business. Also, make sure that you check your food and always pay attention to things, as those jerks will try to infiltrate your house.

      @paxhumana2015 sorry but no everyone already knows family court is biased and corrupt but nobody does anything do you know why Politics and money. Yes there is too much money to be made doing things this way from child support alimony and lawyer costs then there is the case most judges get hired from elections and who has one of the most active and wrll funded lobbies that would be the feminist lobby and they like it this way heck they actually lobbied for it to be this biased and judges like all politicians and trust me they are politicians all want the female vote so sorry the only way to change things is by enough men to say screw it and not marry or cohabitation with women
