  • My friend, Patrick, just picked up a 340 Gallon smoker to replace his old Oklahoma Joe offset smoker. His new Los Custom Smokers pit has an insulated fire box, super-long smoke stack, modular grates, and a custom heat exchange between the firebox and the cook chamber. We co-designed the heat exchange with Carlos at Los Customs.

    No temp gauges on the lids ??

      Not on the lids. We’ve since installed TruTel gauges. We mostly rely on ambient probes we attach to the grate for temp where the meat is actually sitting.
