No, if a RUclipsr saves their money then they will be okay. The same goes for celebrities, if they save their money then they will be okay. The thing with successful RUclipsrs and TV / movie celebrities is that they get paid MASSIVE amounts of money in a short time span. That time span is very limited, but they will get TONS of money that will last them the rest of their lives and they never have to work again. IF they save their money (failure to do that leads to problems).
Not at all. I aeriously doubt you're gonna see Markiplier walk up to an interview in 15 years saying "I don't have a house, I lost everything, I gave nudes out for charity." Boogie, i used to be a singer in a band and at the same time i´ve always been a bit shy. I remember once thing our manager told me that completely changed the way the audience would interact with me. He said "never show them that you´re a regular person at the same level they are. Be arrogant, distant, weird but never let them realize you could be the neighbour living next door". I became distant and a bit full of myself (but not at the point of being unpleasant) and that worked wonderfully as i noticed traces of curiosity and admiration in the audience from that point on. Im saying this because you made the huge mistake of turning yourself into a "normal" person that bitches about its problems on daily basis just like pretty much all of us out here. When you do that then the "mistery" is lost and you´re just a regular neighbour living next door. And we just dont have the time or willpower to be anyone´s therapist beside ourselves and our closest friends/relatives. You mix way to much personal stuff and it becomes a struggle for us to deal with that and that´s why your viewership sank. You´re a very funny guy and with a unique type of humour. Plus you can be a damn good actor too. One of the funniest videos i´ve ever watched was the one where Francis talked about Sim city. That stuff was gold and i alwayd wondered why you didnt start a series where Francis couldn´t get mad because of his doctors orders while at the same time talked about all the games and controversies around the gaming community. I think you would struck gold with that one. Just imagine the possibilities. Hope you´ll stay well and, in case you end up reading this, i do hope it may help you in any way.
This is extremely weird advice to give. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but that's not what I look for in a celebrity at all. Why do you think people like Keanu Reeves, Chris Pratt, and Jennifer Lawrence are/were so beloved? They act like normal, funny, kind people. Sure, they don't go around bitching about their problems constantly the way Boogie does, but they're humble and normal. They aren't distant and weird. Maybe it's only for superstar celebs that this works. I dunno.
@@Evravon Thats not the point. They can be humble, weird, distant whatever. What they cannot be is "normal people" because the moment they do, the "aura" is lost and people lose interest. You may think Keanu Reeves is humble and a nice guy but in the end you dont have a clue of what he is in real life. you let your imagination guide what you feel for him as a person and that lets you admire him. If you knew all of his daily and mundane stuff then you would think of him as a regular normal person. A public figure that wants and need attention needs to keep a distance between the artist side and the real life side. That was my point. Not that Boogie needs to be distant per say.
Depression is not an excuse for having poor work ethic 😂 I battle anxiety, depression and intrusive thoughts but my work ethic has made me one of the best at what I do. I don’t like the whole excuse thing he’s got going on
To be honest you gave them every reason not to hire you and you shouldve had someone help you and used the word adult entertainment industry instead of p**n
This part of the documentary made two things sink in for me: 1) Boogie doesn't want another job. I am not sure if this is the moment it finally sunk in for him, that this was real and this might become his daily life, or if he realized it prior to this. It seems like it finally smacked him in the face: "If I don't quit fucking around, I am going to need to go do this for real, and not sabotage myself." It seemed like he finally realized that RUclips is what he wants and needs to do with his life, and if he doesn't start putting out the content his audience loves, he's gonna lose it forever. 2) He sabotaged this interview on purpose. I'm sure some of it was for self-deprecation and comedy, and some of it was genuine terror/depression sabotaging, but it's pretty evident that this was him trying as hard as he could to make this woman go "I would never hire you". He saw that the documentary crew was "calling his bluff", so to speak, when he said "sure I'll go do an interview for another job!" to show them how serious he was about getting out of his financial troubles, then got there and realized he was way out of his depth and didn't want this. I think some part of him is still hoping that we, his audience, his fans, will somehow bail him out of this situation out of the generosity of our heart, because his story is so sad, and he's had such a hard life, and he's brought us such joy over the years. Would if I could, man; can't so I won't. I'm lucky if I get to eat once a day. Sorry bud, and good luck to you.
I hate to be so blunt but he has it better than any of us watching. His house, his payrate… he was talking ab how hard it was to “survive off of just 700” after bills but I’ve had to survive off of less! he needs to realize what he has. It seems like he’ll only realize when it’s worse, and then he’ll complain about THAT situation as well instead of taking in the positives. It’s sad :(
He doesn't have a hard life. Maybe he did have a rough childhood. But he was very lucky with his career. Even now, with a steady 30k+ views per video, and other income, he can live pretty comfortably IF he reduces his expenses.
I said, I didn’t know if I could! I certainly plan to try if anyone will ever give me the chance! After about eight months of looking, no one has given me that chance yet, but I’m gonna keep looking!

How could you think that any of what you said would fly in a real interview? When she calls out the things you've said, you double down as if to say "you thought that was bad? Hold my beer!" Being a professional victim is not a career you want, and after a certain point, we stopped caring because it's self-inflicted and very obvious that you don't want to do anything to fix your current situation.

Okay, just a theory. What if all of this is made up. The documentary, the allegations, everything. What if boogie is trying to pull off another Psycho series like what Jesse ridgeway did, making the audience believe the story to the point of defaming himself as a desperate attempt to save his house. He needs the views, the attention and the money. What if his gf is a payed actor and is really actually just a friend and he is trying to stir up the internet with drama on top of everything else. The documentary seems too revealing for it to be true. Remember controversy equals views on the RUclips algorithm, I have a small feeling this could be a big social experiment. We could only hope this is the case.
@@gregtheman4131I just find his story told through the documentary to not add up why would he sign up to defame himself willingly? I would honestly be mind blown if I’m right.
Nah. The difference between McJuggernuggets series and this is his Psycho series was just that, a series on his youtube channel for views to get money, meanwhile this is a documentary on a seperate third party channel. You should do conversations/interviews with a diverse array of people that may find your hurtful content worth discussing. Let them go off, kind of like a roast but not to the extent that Comedy Central does it. Own up to everything, not a single word of how it was normal for your era of upbringing. Just tell them it was "my fault, I'm so sorry..." etc, etc. And then maybe do a video on "how to fill out a employee application" to a number of different companies. @@boogie2988thats so insanely sad
@@boogie2988 See, I'm not sure I believe you though.
@@boogie2988more like, you already knew you didn't wanna work and made that clear to her as well
@@boogie2988 I'm confused. Isn't it literally their specialty to find jobs for people with lots of roadblocks like you? I'm sure they've found jobs for people with even more roadblocks than you.
What kind of jobs could boogie do?
Let's list them:
Social media manager companies
Video editor.
Working at gamestop
Working for a video game advertising company.
What else.. I could see him make coffees or be in a bar or something. He's a great guy to talk to.
advertising jobs might become obsolete to ai idk about that.
"Tell the interviewer why you're a great choice for the job."
*does precisely the opposite*
I really don't see what the point in this was. You clearly don't want a job and she instantly recognizes that. This is like textbook self-sabotage. The whole documentary was like "well I'm poor yeah but I don't want to work or sell anything in my house so I'll just accept my fate"
Exactly, such a stupid, pathetic waste of time of a documentary. And why even spend the time and resources making it???? Well because of EGO. He thinks hes a legend so he makes a self decoumentary about his awful life. I find it all funny asf, cuz Im smart enough to know thus guy is dangerous and simply yet again manipulating himself and his audience.
Boogie is basically what all RUclipsrs will end up like.
The consequences of fast cash and fame
No, if a RUclipsr saves their money then they will be okay. The same goes for celebrities, if they save their money then they will be okay. The thing with successful RUclipsrs and TV / movie celebrities is that they get paid MASSIVE amounts of money in a short time span. That time span is very limited, but they will get TONS of money that will last them the rest of their lives and they never have to work again. IF they save their money (failure to do that leads to problems).
Not at all. I aeriously doubt you're gonna see Markiplier walk up to an interview in 15 years saying "I don't have a house, I lost everything, I gave nudes out for charity." Losing popularity doesn't mean you won't get a future job, Boogies case is just the unfortunate reality of someone that gave up on themselves, but still feels entitled.
Filthy Frank did better.
Dude there’s plenty of RUclipsrs you smartly did investments and got the hell out, look at Mr Beast, the guys a success story, he has restaurants, merchandise, RUclips channel with ad revenue, and a bunch of other stuff we don’t know about, so don’t project cause you’re a bitter loser
Boogie, i used to be a singer in a band and at the same time i´ve always been a bit shy.

Why would you repost the most pathetic part of the documentary.
😂
Honestly that's an interesting question
She had to think she was getting pranked lmao
To be honest you gave them every reason not to hire you and you shouldve had someone help you and used the word adult entertainment industry instead of p**n
Boogie top G?
Reminds me of "The Interview" vlog from Jesse
This part of the documentary made two things sink in for me:
1) Boogie doesn't want another job.
It’s sad :(
@@adderae If I had 700 after bills I'd be doing a dance right now lol
@@Evravon me too LMAOOO like seriously 😭
He doesn't have a hard life. Maybe he did have a rough childhood. But he was very lucky with his career. Even now, with a steady 30k+ views per video, and other income, he can live pretty comfortably IF he reduces his expenses.
"I completely and utterly LOST MY MIND"
DAMN DUDE, AT LEAST PRETEND YOURE TRYING TO GET THE JOB
hahaha
Not gonna lie, this actually brought to mind the Stepbrother's interview where they did absolutely everything wrong on purpose, as a joke.
Francis at a job interview sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.
in a job interview typically you talk about the things that would make people want to hire you, not make people want to pity you
This has to be a skit, I am laughing my ass of. No one can fumble this up as bad as you did in a serious interview. This is briliant as a scene.
Aka, everything you should NOT do at a job interview.
Just work at a toll booth… you get to sit all day and ask people for money… it’s a win win
Dude that's a job recruiter not a bloody therapist
You don’t know if you can clock in like the rest of us? I mean, is it better to lose your house?
I said, I didn’t know if I could! I certainly plan to try if anyone will ever give me the chance! After about eight months of looking, no one has given me that chance yet, but I’m gonna keep looking!
He should lose his house and his dogs too. He isn’t owed anything because he’s a “RUclipsr”
@@boogie2988 Well, I wish you luck. I had gastric bypass surgery and have hit a lot of hard times. I even got help through ketamine (rather than shrooms). Most of what he said is not relevant for a job interview
Just came here after watching moist critical video, and i can see why charlie think it's a parody

Like he said, it genuinely does depend on the job lol.
Man can not remake himself without suffering, for he is both the marble and the sculptor. You've had a veryyyy shitty beginning in life and have every right to feel sorry for yourself and show it to us, as your fans.
But you are a human being truly capable of great things. How you see yourself is crucial as only you can decide what and who you are and want to be.

Waste of this poor woman's time.
Man he is milking this Documentary huh?
How could you think that any of what you said would fly in a real interview? When she calls out the things you've said, you double down as if to say "you thought that was bad? Hold my beer!"
Being a professional victim is not a career you want, and after a certain point, we stopped caring because it's self-inflicted and very obvious that you don't want to do anything to fix your current situation.

Watching this makes me feel better about myself
You forgot to say that Mein Kampf is your favorite book that you are likely to read out loud during lunch breaks.
"DONT HIRE ME!"
I almost can't fathom why Boogie would put this on his own channel, no context this would read more like a comedy sketch
It's so that when people ask why he doesn't stop e-begging and get a job, he can point to this video and go "here's the proof I'm unhirable."
He’s a real life Bojack. Self destructive, self centered. Broken and refuses to improve.
I hope I’m wrong about that.
Nope thats exactly what it is but Boogie has the right to be like that all he wants. But consequences are a real thing aswell.
You told me the best quote back in like 2014.
“You gotta fake it till you make it”
And I’ve fooled them all, even myself.
You gotta lead with your best foot forward. No matter how broken or non-existent the other leg is 😂 👌
This is not the Boogie I want to remember. I want to remember the real Boogie. ❤
Everything he said happened tho
Indeed. Faking it until you make it may work, but it's only a matter of time until you realize you need to be your true self.
Holy shit man! You might be up to something here. If this is true this guy might of just made history in fooling the entire internet.
@@gregtheman4131I just find his story told through the documentary to not add up why would he sign up to defame himself willingly? This is all speculation but I also noticed that Mcjuggernuggets has been making a movie now for the past few months what if this movie is covering this big social experiment that boogie is pulling off. I would honestly be mind blown if I’m right.
Nah. The difference between McJuggernuggets series and this is his Psycho series was just that, a series on his youtube channel for views to get money, meanwhile this is a documentary on a seperate third party channel. I don't see a reason why Boogie wouldgo out of his way t ocreate a scripted documentary and deliberetly sabotage his character for a video that won't even be uploaded on his channel, it will be uploaded on a channel with like 55k subscribers.
@@mysteryman9488 I mean if he was desperate enough maybe he would. Its really far fetched but I could be on to something.
@@Ideacatcher Don't see a reason why he'd post it on the other channel instead of his own. So yeah you prob not onto anything xD. Even McJuggernuggets couldn't hide the fact his series was fake to the ones who where actually smart like they straight up found him using a costume prop for a cop. Your saying his young girlfriend is a paid actor? Well does she actually work as an actor?
an intensely unlikeable character
This woman just summed up Boogie to a T. I cant I cant, I can't. Endless victim complex.
I can see right through the bs. Boogie is using this whole segment to show the Internet "see this is why i cant work a normal job, please stop asking me to work a normal job". I hate boogie so much. Literally had hundreds of thousands and spent it on models and then cries "poor me" when he goes broke.
Why did you release this? Who told you this was something that should be posted?? WHO *tf* brings up "google might tell you I beat up my girlfriend and that I am a PDF file" to an interview?
This effort at jobseeking reminds me of being a kid and insta-failing myself out of a Spelling Bee so I could leave and go home to play Tony Hawk.
I think the first half of the interview was going well and Boogie realised it and so sabotaged it by bringing up all the negative stuff.
I feel bad for that woman. She looks honest and hard working and she is having her intelligence insulted by this guy who's 50 and conveniently dosent know the memo that you dont talk about porn in a job interview.

Literally how to BLANK would be cool.
During interviews you must say why we should hire you, not why we shouldn't. I have a long list of reasons why I should not get hired. You should obviously focus on content and reviving your channel. Don't give up bro.
