30 years before the value of hundred rupees was as equal to Rs.1000 today the bus fare from Juhu to Mulund was one or two rupees barely the taxi charge from Bandra to Cuffe Parade was Rs.20 which is quite a very big distance I think 30to 35 km or more and traffic as well
