VRR is amazing but I will take HDR on an OLED everyday over it. Plus I have a gaming PC with a mini-led monitor for anything hard to run. Also I can just stream hard to play games.
The OLED screen is definitely amazing! I love the Deck, but for me the resolution and performance is a little less than I prefer. BUT for my indie game collection it’s hard to beat. 🏆
@@Drzestrella19great features no doubt! My philosophy after trying them all is that there is no one “best” handheld because everyone wants something different. What will you tell the people that love the larger screen and detachable controllers of the Legion Go? How will you convince the Steam Deck fans that love the OLED, steam OS, and playing with trackpads? “Best” will always be a variety.
If lego goes more powerful, battery, fan, thinner, ( keep the size of the screen), Oled vrr etc.. it’s great. I really like the fact the controls come off. I play with the joy cons off way more than on
I only have the Deck Oled now and almost got the Legion Go, but I don't regret getting the Deck with it's customization, quick resume from sleep where I stopped in the game, customization of controls and performance per game. The screen is amazing and I like the controller layout (symmetrical) and the touch pads is something I thought I didn't need, but it adds much more to my games, like aiming with it over joystick, Warframe directional abilities swipe (press for operator mode) and just so much more. The Go would've been harder to hold for the time I play.
The best one is GPD Win Mini without a question. The rest can compete between them, but not with Mini. 8840u with VRR, 32Gb ram (vs 24Gb from Ally X), keyboard/trackpad for any type of game and a true portable (and even pocktable) machine. The master definition of handheld.
@@0DlNN win mini is definitely in a class of its own. Battery is a little small for the games I like to play, but overall it’s an amazing device *9/10 would recommend*
@@BarelyAverageDude thats true, unfortunately the battery should be better. But its so small that I wonder how they could have put a bigger battery into it.
I'm SD user and been playing it mostly for FFxiv. I love it. But recently have been considering to move on to either Ally X or win mini. More inclined to ally x
@@BarelyAverageDude protability+utility vs. comfort. Ally X in my opinion wins performance/price. But if its merely for mmorpg then i'd need win mini keyboard. But how often would i use the kb? still so confused rn 😂
It’s not in my top five TBH The Controllers feel very uncomfortable imo and that’s very important for a handheld. As a windows tablet it’s pretty dope, but this is a handheld list. Consider the x1 if you won’t be using it primarily as a handheld. OR if you have smaller hands 🤷🏽♂️
imo the best the device is the the one that suits ur needs. Depending on the game Im playing each form factor changes what I want. games suited for controller, SDO and similars are ok; fps or mmos handhelds that can support mkbm like one x1 or gpd win max/min. Also if the game u like is online is usually a no no for steam deck
The regular OLED has a glossy screen in the 512gb version and an anti reflective screen in the 1tb version. The OLED LE only has a 1Tb anti reflective version and it came in a limited translucent shell with orange accents. Also it was limited, so you can’t get it anymore. (Unless you buy second hand)

Rog Ally X is coming to rule them all
It will definitely replace the original Ally in the top 5 list.
What makes you think it will be #1 overall?
@BarelyAverageDude imo it will be the 80wh battery, 2 type C ports 24ram maybe not a faulty micro sd . 2280 ssd (1tb).

That would be awesome to see in the Go V2 🔥
GPD Win Mini is just perfect for me. The keyboard and trackpad are so good for windows navigation
Definitely! That’s why it’s one of the BEST without question.
You definitely don’t disappoint when it comes to videos
Appreciate it 👍🏽

@@0DlNN it’s not much extra room for a larger battery. I’m not sure if you’ve ever opened it up, but it’s pretty packed in there.
Have legion go and steam deck lcd. Both are amazing but have to give the edge to the legion go.

Ally x may be the way to go unless to absolutely need the portability of the Win Mini.

it is the best 6in handheld tho 👍

Asus over the onexfly? No no and no.
