The woman was already pregnant and the child (who want the messiah) was born during the reign of King Ahaz and King Rezin (Isaiah 78, 7:10, 7:12). Both those Kings reigned c 730 BCE. The verses has nothing to do with Jesus, a virgin birth, or anything in the mistranslated bible.
