You NEVER know who is a pedophile. I was shocked when I found out over the years 4 people I knew who were convicted pedophiles. I had a priest teacher in Catholic high school who everybody knew was a dirty old man back in the 90s. Just about 2 years ago he finally screwed up and was caught with thousands of explicit images of children and over a dozen videos. He also made some sort of PowerPoint presentation teaching you how to find the stuff.
He was really good at navigating the early internet. After school he taught a class for parents who wanted to learn how to use the internet (it was installed in the school my junior or senior year). My mom was there alone with him once and he showed her "how easy it is for kids to find this stuff" and pulled up a bunch of porn sites.

These cases the defendant is called the accused because thats what it is an accusation if they cant substantiate their claim then they are liable for defamation of character and at minimum responsible for any lost wages or lost career opportunity. Yes, it was a list of people, who were aboard one of many flights, aboard the Lulu Express.
