The device resembled an earth haz-mat suit, but with large metal rods poking out of it, interconnected by wires, with an airtight seal and advanced decontamination measures. The day came for the first test run. A young man of the name Lester Micron volunteered to be the first to use the device. At first it seemed to work, his genetic traits were spliced with squirrel DNA, and over the coming month he slowly began to gain the traits of a squirrel. The machine was given the green light and the entire cult used it. It was only then that they realized the side effects... The suit wasn’t completely free of bacteria, meaning a third set of genetic material was added. The result is the nightmarish **Being-A14**, an extremely dangerous species of animal with the properties of a biohazard. The situation on planet A14 (hence Being A14’s filing designation) quickly gained the attention of the high council. They quarantined the entire planet, sending small research groups down to get a sense of the issues, and then report back. From there the council would decide appropriate action.
