Sir if they do bulk replacement at 3rd month then it will cost 3000+2340(cumulative)=5340 rs which is higher than the cumulative individual replacement in third year(4869 rs). So in my point of view bulk replacement in 4 th month is correct ( 3000+4869=7869 rs) which is less than cumulative individual replacement value on 4 th Month.

Because you i lost marks today, the group and individual costs are not calculated like that, in the end we add group cost to each individual costs and then we take average and then get final answer. Guys don't follow this half teached video
Bro but u are WRONG, by the end of 2nd month already 780 components have failed right, So u must have replaced them individually. Therefore the price increases from 3000 to 3000+2340 = 5340. Assuming it for the next month it would be 3000+4869 = 7869 and it's actually less than 8262. So replacing at the end of 3rd month is the correct option. Kindly note it.
