You can’t beat Rolls-Royce for comfort and ride quality. An absolute bargain at £45,000. Because of the size and the power of the engine, it has probably never been thrashed. So 100,000 miles is probably absolutely fine, providing it has been serviced and looked after. Like you said… You are the custodian, as someone would be in a grade 1/2 listed building. That's one thing that anyone interested in buying an early Phantom should be aware of since replacing all four wheels & tires could be $4,000 or more to get used OEM's to replace them
In addition the seven "spokes" on your wheels are glued on and have been known to come off but can be individually replaced. Not the greatest design!
absolutely fantastic
Thank you much appreciated
You stole it! For a beautiful car and a legendary engine! Great Video!
Thanks for watching much appreciated!
Well deserved and preserved !! Top Man.. Enjoy the happiness of hand made motoring !! Nice Video..
@@A_Different_Kind_Of_Truth Thanks for your kind comment. Very much appreciated.
Great video Jeremy!
😂 thanks! Hope you’re all well. Thanks for watching!
Great video, many thanks 😊
Thanks much appreciated!
Absolutely fantastic channel. My dream car is a RR drophead coupe, I love the RR marque but the issue isn't necessarily the purchase price as depreciation is my best friend, its the running costs.
I've just got over my go faster phase and I'm selling my panamera turbo and will be getting into an S Class, but the dream eventually is a old heavily depreciated RR.
I've had 2 S Classes. Love them. But yes an RR is another level. Let me know when you take the plunge... I'll try and entertain you in the meantime! Thanks for watching.
@@ChrisEdworthyno, you haven't.
Great Review
Thanks that’s very kind. Another Rolls video coming in about 5 hours time!
I will not be blackmailed! Don't put a condition on a customer getting a price, or youll never sell anything.
My car isn't for sale. I'm confused!
The previous comment possibly occurred as a result of commenting on a different video watched prior to your video. Just a suggestion anyway.
A beautiful looking car, congratulations from 🇦🇺
Excellent and a superb Vehiclescore, well done!
Thanks much appreciated!
Great video. Have you named your “old girl”?
No I don’t have a name. Maybe we should name her! I’ll put a post on the community tab, see what people’s thoughts are! Thanks for watching!
Pretty awesome ride there man!
Thanks, much appreciated. I have a cost of ownership video coming this week. Subscribe so you don’t miss it! Thanks again!!
It looks comfortable
@@JayOfficial22191 It’s lovely to be driven in but really best to drive. So comfortable and easy to drive. Thanks for your comment!
@@ChrisEdworthyit's not yours.
Check out Matt Armstrong. He has at least two of these as breakers so plenty of spares!!
@@mrdeafa25 Thanks great tip, much appreciated. Thanks for watching!
how much??????/
What to find out!!
yes please
Spend the money restoring..........new cars have too much tech that's obsolete as soon as it's released. I'm on the hunt for a Bentley Arnage T for that very reason.
That's a nice car. Let me know how the search goes. If you're in the UK I could review it on the channel if you'd be up for that? Thanks for watching.
Well done Sir on your purchase...
Thanks much appreciated! Thanks for watching!
@@ChrisEdworthy I guess you're aware of Ian Cameron, the British chief designer who was responsible for your car's design. You can read online as to what tragically happened to him last month.
@@2many2say I did see that in the news. Such a shame. Even more reason to keep his legacy alive!
Enjoyed the video, but the sound was poor and all in my right ear!
Thanks for watching. That’s now sorted in more recent videos… took a while to understand why! Thanks for letting me know!
Well done!
Thanks Peter much appreciated
Nice video.
Thanks very kind!
Respect ! Seriously 😊
😂 thanks for watching!! More to come!
i like this.
Thanks Robin. There's more to come too.
Love Rolls Royce! But they are Top of the Range BMW, so id go for 1960s British rolls Royce. Love the Video, What a beautiful car you've got.
Thanks Paul, much appreciated. I’ve always want a Silver Cloud for the 60’s. One day maybe! Thanks for watch and your comment.
You're not getting one.
Love it 👍
Thanks you, much appreciated
Can you please sort out your audio. Speech in one ear and Music in the other does not make for pleasant watching 🙂
I may have to remake this video to sort it. I've tried to sort it afterward and I can't seem to. Thanks for watching though
Beautiful car, but please keep your hands on the steering wheel...👍
Noted! Thanks for your concern!! Keep watching to keep my hand on the wheel!
Beauty comes in many forms but never more than in a RR Phantom. Follow your heart. Don’t, please don’t let it fall into the hands of a dim wit or worse still a vlogger with no money. Oh, and give her a hug from me!!
Thanks I'll do my best to look after her well. Thanks for watching!
Still must have plenty of dosh you will get big profit if you sell it my son cant even afford a cheap little car he is my carer am a 68 year old pensioner takes him two hours by bus to get here if he had car 20 mins on motorway he had car but got ripped of he had to scrap it he was devastated

Amazing great watch my dream car
Thanks Peter, very much appreciated. I have another Rolls video coming later this week… stay tuned!!
Simply gorgeous .
Thank you much appreciated.
Have a chat with my mate Vince.
Looks like a wedding car completely unpractical.
Actually pretty practical. I could use it daily, narrower than a Range Rover, although it is long! Thanks for watching and commenting!
So you’re telling me you go and do the Tescos shopping in that car lol
Congratulations beautiful car!
Thank you, more to come!
Indian wedding car is only worth £30k mate 😂

Great video! Pronunciation is 'beermoth' though.
Thanks for the correction! Noted!! Thanks for watching too! 👍
Just remember that there is no such thing as a cheap Rolls_Royce then and now. The most expensive car 🚙 you can ever buy is a so - called cheap Rolls_Royce !.
I totally agree. Something pulled in my heart strings and said you have to buy chassis No. 4 or it will just die like so many! Thanks for the comment and watching! 👍
$58,000usd good deal.
Thanks, although it’s been expensive to keep! Thanks for watching!
with its age... are any interior parts sunfaded, cracked... is there any odor of degrading seat/dash padding, .... every other car that age has plastic rot and the smell of mildew😂
None of that, all pretty good. It has been used which I think helps. Thanks for watching.
@@ChrisEdworthy gonna get me one... quality is a rarity today.... $80k for a good condition used RR is cheap compared to $80k for a new Chevy Suburban
It was cheep for a reason 😅
That’s very true!! I’ll be covering why soon! Thanks for watching!
💝💖💗💓💞💕❣💯
Thanks, much love!!
Sorry all, although Rolls Royce do give a very nice ride and the interior is really well finished which no one can deny, I just think that all the models are just dam right ugly. I had a freind who had a phantom. Beautiful interior, beautiful ride but as far as looks go, no thanks.
That's ok. We all have different tastes, it's what makes the world interesting. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍

Surprising not much BMW in this Rolls. Thanks for watching
@@ChrisEdworthy not much apart from the engine the transmission the drive train the body the electrics. Rolls Royce is now just a paint and trim shop for BMW.
