note on the possible apple allergy, some people actually have some sort of allergic reaction when fruit is raw, and essentially can still eat it but it has to be cooked slightly, something to do with pollen id look into that if you think it could be you lol

T-T i also have the wagon in pink and it's the best thing everrrrr esp for groceries!!! i noticed my mouth started getting itchy when i ate raw apples, so i stopped for several years. it doesn't seem to be as bad now, but i'm assuming a contact allergy or something weird.

Retail worker here 🙋♀️ Take Zzquil at night. And remind yourself there is nothing you can do except for take care of the customers you have now. We have had ridiculous lines at work and I have found so much peace by just taking care of the customer at my register instead of worrying about the line. (A lesson that took 5 Holiday seasons to learn😅)

I'm sorry but at least shower when you get home from work and make sure your body is clean from the outside environment for you do not have to carry that in your clean bed.
Annika - I will NEVA sip anything while watching your videos. I was drinking tea as you went down to the mailroom in your building and the combination of the notes on the wall, the shot of you shuffling away in your slippers and then the captions you wrote caused me to laugh until tea came out of my nose. I have not had that happen since I was in my teens...I am 52 now.
You work so hard and because of that, your perfect and peaceful home is coming soon.

Annika, I have a hard time sleeping, two things that have helped me...putting my phone face down like you did while either listening to Michael Sealey (he has the most relaxing voice and I fall asleep literally within seconds) and the other is I listen to any type of relaxation videos i.e., water, thunderstorms, meditation, or soft music...believe it or not the music for babies is so relaxing and any of those will keep your mind off of other things. #marylandgirl

🍎Jam! Some fruits and vegetables cause itchy hands but you're completely fine eating them. I believe it is a type of allergic reaction but your body is not necessarily allergic when you consume it. I'm not well educated on it but I definitely recommend just asking your doctor real quick next time, or even getting an allergy test❤
The apple itch could be due to the pesticides/chemicals used on the fruit! Would explain why you don't have any adverse effects from just eating them. You could test it by touching the apple before vs. after thoroughly washing it 🙂🤔

I was having trouble sleeping bc of my racing thoughts and that eventually wound up with me in the hospital. While there, they put me on a med to help me fall asleep and stop my racing thoughts. That worked great for the most part except now I get them in the day, too 😅
But medication has helped me a lot. It doesn't really make me feel any different or anything, just makes me function properly lol. But maybe talk to a psych and see about medication if your anxiety is putting such a dent in your sleep and changing the way you're able to function. The first med might not always help, and you might have to experiment a bit with your psychiatrist to find what works for you, but idk, to me it's worth it.

Annika, wear disposable gloves when you cut apples! Like the gloves you use when you handle raw meat. I use gloves because I have sensory issues with certain food textures, but I’m sure it would be great for your allergy issues too!
