    Smoke Salmon Starters/Appetisers
    Ingredients
    • 1 French stick bread/Baguette
    • 250grams tub of cream cheese
    • 1 small bunch of fresh dill
    • butter
    • salt & pepper
    • 100-200grams of smoke salmon
    Steps.
    1. Cut french stick in slices of about 2-3cm thickness
    2. Butter one side then toasted in the oven for few minutes or until it's nice and golden brown but not too hard
    3. Mix cream cheese with chopped dill and few sprinkles of salt and pepper to season
    4. Cool down the toasted bread then spread the sides with no butter on it with cream cheese
    5. Add a piece of smoke salmon and top with dill(optional)
    Prepare them on a starter board and serve with your preferred drink
    Enjoy!!!
