Why don't you try making Tapioca pearls from scratch?
You can make a lot and freeze them, then you can drink delicious tapioca drink anytime at home!
It's unbelievably cheap and fun!
Ingredients for about 4 drinks
You can make double to freeze them but I recommend making this amount for the first time:)
○ Brown tapioca○
tapioca starch 50g
dark brown sugar 15g
water 50ml
dark brown sugar 30g (for syrup)
○matcha tapioca○
tapioca starch 50g
Sugar 15g
Water 50ml
matcha 2g ~ 3g
Sugar 15~30g (for syrup)

子供と一緒に黒糖タピオカを作りました。
生地の硬さが難しかったです。
出来上がったタピオカは，ちょうど良い甘さでとても美味しかったです♪
美味しかったので連続で2回作りました。
