    We need more RUclips discussions about help with side effects because there's too much focus on what they are and very little on how to deal with them. By the way I've never understood why banana s recommended in the BRAT when they're actually a good source of fibre??? Makes no sense. I think steamed fish or poached chicken breast with potatoes, or a simple chicken broth and toast is much better and helps you keep energy levels because you need the protein. Also surely the weight loss is coming from not being able to keep food down or from going straight through, so high fat foods aren't a good solution.
