Crabtree caught more smoke from Talib and Sherman than footballs. I always thought Crabtree would have a HOF career when I watched him play at Texas Tech. Dude was putting up video game numbers, leading the entire nation in receptions. He actually ended up carving out a pretty decent career. As for Talib, he’ll hear his name in Canton soon in my opinion. I’m a fan of individual rivalries in any sport. Just adds more to the game. Trash talk won’t ever go away. But I’m not a fan of players crossing the line, Myles Garrett for example. All in all, trash talk needs to be a part of any competition

He would frustrate opponents and he had the skills to back it up. Sure he'd take a penalty here and there but he was such a mental distraction for the opponent.
