Smoke arrow- the duration is too long. Real smoke would clear faster than that. 1 min makes more sense. After all, if you could just cast fog cloud with an arrow, it would overshadow actual spellcasters, who have to concentrate to make it last 10 minutes. Unless these are magic items, in which case the cost would prevent abuse. Putty Arrow- nice item. I appreciate the low DC. These "trick arrows" need to stay more on par with alchemical items and not spells. He's not an arrow wizard. Acid Arrow is an SECOND LEVEL spell. No way an arrow can replicate that spell. It should be more like an acid flask, not an acid spell.
