I have 7700hq and 1060, at the beginning everything is fine as in the video, but later in the game at 21 frames during the battle, this processor unfortunately does not drag the game

depends on VRAM, consdering yout r7 4800h, I think you have 4gb vram. So game is not playable, there are textures issues, invisible characters, muddy textures, etc

lossless scaling work well on this game, i had i7 7700hq laptop to but i had gtx 1070 gpu

Do clean uninstall of display drivers using DDU
Then reinstall the display drivers .
