The content, theme, editing, aesthetic on your videos are superior and satisfying. I'm so glad that I found your channel. Absolutely love it.
Glad to hear that. Thank you, Chiyu :)
This vid is really nicely edited 👌.
you will blow up some day, I know it
PLEASE continue what your doing
The Eliyeeet Thank you 😊
you were right
@@engindeniz1313 lmao tru
Legit replaced basically the whole keyboard
It's just the outer layout not the pcb
Saugendro True I guess, he replaced everything except the PCB, sounds like something I would do though lmao.
wosser i mean its a bluetooth board
Should have bought a gk61xs pcb
That solder sucker looks extremely useful, couldn’t imagine anyone desoldering without it
Get the Hakko
more like "take pcb from anne pro keyboard and make a custom kb out of it"
Im not into keyboard building stuff but I find this very interesting :3
Lol :3
@SHAGGY -OW It's so expensive tho. The switches, the keycap set, and the aluminum case cost over $250+
Dave! theres budget things you can get, KBD fans is a good place to start, you can always use ali express and amazon too
As I saw this wonderful edited short Film about replacing a keyboard I just though how fantastic the feeling have to be when you connect the keyboard and it is working. Unbelievable
Apart from being very informative, this video is also very soothing to watch. Absolute top quality video. I respect the way you work so cleanly as well.
RUclips just recommended this to me and they did well here indeed - great vid, looking forward to more from you 👌👌👌👌
Thank you!!
wow this is an insane amount of work
hey dude, just wanted to comment on the editing and whole visual effects that went into this video. you did a great job.
Thank you, Praiseful. :)
Bro this channel needs to reach 500k+ subs at least. Your content is so good and i really love it ❤
Lol 500k is like dream
Thanks
God damn ur editing and filming is amazing! Keep grinding bro, cause trust me its a grind!
Thank you so much!
Nearly had a damn heart attack when i saw the price of the anodized aluminum case
lol
why does it say 10000$?
I realized it’s actually a group buy lol
@@signin4079 i will buy a nice processor and gpu on that price.
@@sajans3998 You can build a premium PC for about 3-4k USD lmao
i wasn't thinking of using a nail clipper instead of a plier to clip the legs! such a brilliant idea~
I’m mesmerised! The insane amount of work o_O
Oh good God, the intro itself was sooooooo good! The video was edited very proffesional. The most enjoyable video about keyboards i've ever seen.
Thank you so much for your kind compliment!
That solder sucker looks so cool
Your production value is really top notch! You will definitely be blown to pieces soon! KEEP IT UP!
Thank you so much!!
So calm watching you lube those switches. New subscriber by the wayyy 💜
Thank you so much
I am very picky and your videos helped me decide to buy Anne Pro 2. Thank you very much!
I really want this modded version. it's beautiful paired with the POM Jelly keyset you showed in a later video
I got in the POM Jelly rainbow group buy, should be coming in August, can't wait
Same but wish he made these and sold them because I def can't do this lmao
I can't stop watching his videos no matter how many times I've seen them. I just keep the auto play on and let them keep rolling lol
Mans made the Anne Pro 3
Great post editing! Using Krytox 205g0 for literally everything might be on the expensive side for quite a few people. Maybe show alternatives to some products? Similar oil instead of grease for springs or dielectric for stabs? It’s fine you don’t use that for your method...like when you stated not to lube stem legs if the viewer wants to keep tactility. All in all, fantastic watch. I watched it twice. Luv me some kitties!!! Keep it coming
Thanks for your kind words!!
You can buy very small amount of krytox on some stores.

www.1upkeyboards.com/shop/parts-and-tools/lubricant/switch-lubricant-2ml/
For alternatives, people use 'trybosis 3024'
switchmod.net/collections/lubes-more/products/tribosys-3204
They are less than $10 and I think it's affordable considering the result of modding. :)
These are good for switches and stabs.
If you are looking for oil type lube (only for switches, not for stabs), krytox105 is good enough.
Dude your editing is awesome
Video skills! On point! 😍
Ohh you are my insta friend, Laura! Thank you. XD
Your pics are really awesome.
I dont understand anything but it's relaxing
This is so satisfying
I got my own Anne pro and added xda key caps and lubed switches its honestly the bet 60 keyboard now and it is insane for gaming and u can connect it to apple devices
Great video! Also, how was the desoldering and soldering process, and what temperature was your iron at for desoldering the switches and soldering? And do you know any good soldering irons that are cheap? Planning to do this to my anne pro 2 with novelkey blueberries.
thanks
maybe 380 as I remember
I don't know that much. I just like this soldering iron cuz it's handy and cute
i'm lovin' that thumbnail omg!
This is exactly what I needed.
i have no idea what this woman just did but it looks cool
Awesome seeing the process from start to finish for once. I'm planning on either switch modding my CM Pro S or iKBC Poker II Type C. I'm still debating between Box Royals or Ink Blacks.
It's always hard to choose one. XD
Good luck to your mod!
Ive heard ink blacks are awesome. I have lubed gateron blacks at the moment and they are great but im super curious about novelkey creams and the ink blacks as well
@@HadenPeon From my point of view,
Ink blacks = super smooth
Creams = not that smooth compared to inks but fun sounding
Very relaxing video. Nice!
Attention to detail is not 'work' when you love your craft. I am an old electronic technician and I see good soldering work!! A neat and tidy work bench is everything. Love these videos and now I'm starting to customize. (GK64xs/Techware Phantom and a Drevo Calibur v2). What temp are you using to desolder and to solder by the way?
350~380℃
Good luck!
I really love everything in this video
Production Quality = Star Wars
Oh it's my honor. My fav movie XD
a general rule of thumb for youtubers is not to make the intro more than 10 seconds long. here, i want about 10 minutes of intro
Very well done!
Sup man, great video! Btw, where did you bought the keycaps? I could not find it on google.
Oh yes!
nice video really enjoyed
wow now im into keyboards! thank you!
love it, keep doing what you love
Thank you :)
@:3ildcat can you pls make beginner mod videos? so that noobs like me could try copying your mods and improving our keyboards?
Yees!
i want to build a custom anne pro but i have no experiance lmao. this video is really nice keep it up.
also you just earned another subscriber
damn this is lego for geek grown ups!
haha true
Have you moded the keychron k2?
Great stuff, keep up the work.
Sorry but no..
Thank you.

Amazing 👏🏼
Awesome video! Would you mind sharing what desk you have?
Thanks
check my setup video
awesome video! it's a special type of delight watching you doing magic,
just one question: do you need to lube it again after some time and will you have to desolder all switches again for it?
Generally, no.
You should do a tutorial on soldering/desoldering/lubing/ etc
This video shows how to do it and what you need. :)
No type test? This is betrayal!
hahaha sorry
but don’t expect that much.
It’s worse than Anne Pro 1
@@3ildcat well that sucks
love watching your channel - wish you would stream live on Twitch as well :)
Thank you!
I don't have good equipment and skills for streaming. :(
@@3ildcat I hope you get set up soon though - really love your content and the way you present it - I too am an avid keyboard lover and hope to start doing some videos on youtube soon - I've got 2 Rama M65-B's coming later this year - a moon and a Polycarb - - I've already stocked up on Tealios V2 , Zealios V2 and have some alpacas in mind as well as maybe some Gateron inks - black, yellow and maybe reds :) - also stocked up on Zeal stabs ( 5 sets ) and plenty ofTribosys 3204 and Krytox 205g0 - I've really fallen in love with the Keyboard hobby - keep on making the great videos and reviews - :) - hope to see you streaming on twitch soon :)
@@george8920 Oh~~ that sounds great! Hope you get them soon and safe! and thank you for your kind words!
Amazing video! May I ask how you make out those title effects to label everything in your video?
Thank you! I edited in Final cut pro X.
I learned how to from RUclips teachers. :D
@@3ildcat gdamn dude I'm gonna have to go apple and edit with that. Keep up the good work man your video actually makes me want to get these keys lol
@@lilricemuncher09 Lol sorry to you for threatening your wallet. XD
@@3ildcat Hey, im a final cut user, where did you get the titles from? Do you need to pay for them?
wait do you do this for viewers? or are these personal? i'd really like to mod my keyboard in the future but i dont have the tools and skills to do it lol
Ohh okay so you placed it with Halo Key switches.. i have a question tho: isn’t the bottom out force 79g? Doesn’t this strain your fingers? Hahaha in your opinion, what cherry mx switch is the closest to Halo Clear?
Btw, i absolutely love your videos... I’m so hooked to mech keyboards cause of you 🤩🥰
0:49 I used 65g springs
Maybe clears?
Thanks :3
La edición del vídeo es sublime
Gracias.
good job. I wish your video had a voice, what is the model of your soldering iron?
Thank you!
It's TS80 and you can find the link for it in the description.
Hey mate, great content. Just want to ask how complicated you think this process is for someone like me to take on? I have experience soldering and fixing things like headphones and stuff like that but I haven't worked with keyboards before. I don't want to ruin my keyboard if I do this stuff in the future so do you think that I would be able to do this?
In my opinion, the most dangerous thing is desoldering, not soldering.
So, if you are confident to desolder switches, other parts would be easy for you.
:3ildcat thanks, that’s really good to know. I think I will be able to regarding the desoldering I’ve done in the past was on much tinier parts:) ❤️🙌🏻
@@lntg Nice!
then it's easy peasy
Has this keycap set been discontinued? Also I liked your videos, super dope!
No, I believe that they are the keycaps from an SK61 keyboard. I don't know if you can buy them separately though.
n i c e
where do you get your key caps :D they look nice :)
Nice !
This video is awesome, except for the super shallow depth of field which makes some things out of focus, not great for filming desks and such.
Thanks for sharing your opinion!
Hey did you signup for the K6 Kickstarter? Looks very promising in that it is bluetooth, hot swappable, and wireless!
No, I didn't but it looks nice :)
thanks for the awesome videos as always!
7:20 where do you get your little containers lol
You just inspired me to do this. Do you think that the Halo Clears are better than NovelKeys Creams/Gateron Inks?
I prefer inks
10:48 B&O Play A1's!! yayy I have them too lol
ohhhh you have too XD
Wondering if you got a link for the foam, and the springs! Looking on taking this mod on for myself! Also any tips when trying this out on my own?
foam winkeyless.com/product/noise-filter/
spring = no link
I can only say, good luck.
How did you get those lighting effects on your anne pro 2, the twinkling one
You need to firmware update it for the latest alpha version using obinskit. en.obins.net/obinskit/
@@3ildcat i downloaded obinskit, which setting is it?=
Love the Keyboard bro nice job, Where'd you get those keycaps from?
Thank you! You can google 'XDA Godspeed' for the keycaps.
@@3ildcat cheers man, I did that there a bit hard to find. Did you get them off the drop website? Thanks for the reply
@@bradleyatkinson941 I bought them on Drop during Group buy period.(few years ago) Out of the GB, you may search on second-handed markets to get.
@@3ildcat cheers bro thanks for the quick reply. I'll check it out. Your keyboard looks mint!!
(ik this is an old video btw) i recently desoldered my entire 68 key keyboard and soldered new switches in (replaced gateron brown with gateron yellow, sounds and feels fantastic), but as i was doing it i was noticing i was partially stripping alot of the contacts, some of them so bad i had to solder wires inplace of the traces, how can i avoid this? is my soldering iron to hot or am i doing something wrong?
I think it was too hot or heated too long
but not sure as I am not good at this..
I’m loving your channel. Any chance you could do a video like this with a ducky one two SF?
Thank you :)
sorry but no plan yet at all
Could I maybe ask what color this case is? it looks beautiful and I'm looking for an aluminium case myself and really want to try to match it to this case! It looks silver but sometimes as dark as titanium grey :3
You are right it's silver :3
@@3ildcat ty!!
i thought the first word of the title said "anime" lmao
just curious, how long does it usually take you to lube every switch in a 60% keyboard?
It depends on how much I concentrate, about 2 hours ~ 4 hours
@@3ildcat dam you definitely need a job
@@yanooo2007 it's called a hobby.
Dude, i think you make Anne Pro 3
true lol
No many people use the clears on their own, nice 1
Right. The only stems are popular. Lol
Jeezas...it's a keyboard man - it won't make you babies.
Hi Wildcat :3. I have a question about the foam pad stuck to the pcb of the anne pro 2. How do I desolder and solder the switches without damaging the foam? Is it ok if I remove it?
Where'd you get the desk mat? It looks great!

Hello! I was thinking of changing my switches for my anne pro 2 too. What temperature should the soldering iron be at and what type of solder wire do I need to solder the new switches? This is my first time soldering/desoldering. I also don't know what screw driver I should use to disassemble the keyboard.
At least 350' and add some lead solder first. It will make the work easier.

bro, i cant find those keycaps anywhere and I'm dying for em
maybe only on second-hand markets
Really want them to make this case again I've looked at other alu cases for the ap2 and really don't like them.
Can you tell me if I can remove the switches and change them with new one without desoldering? (just poppin them off with the key cap puller) that would make my day :3❤️
