Where do I even start. The panelling looks so unique and fits the music, the Lipsync is absolutely gorgeous, the tweening looks so realistic with all of the subtle touches, it's just all do gorgeous

This isn’t the most complicated animation, But this is definitely my favorite. The story-line, The line art, the backgrounds, the colors, the shading, The lip sync, the animation, it’s all just so fluent and perfect. My eyes are blessed.

For the running animation, maybe you should make the head lean forwards a bit more to make it look less stiff? I think that would help. (Still looks fantastic!)
Also, take my advice with a grain of salt because I don’t animate, I just watch a lot of animations.
