@Yukirin the grey-ish axolotl's name is Muffin, and the cat which he had on picture (Chadder) was his pet, who died after being hit by a car (you can see Chadder's funeral at the beggining)
Ok, my theory is that Chiffon realised that taking Cheese from the grave might get Muffin's attention by either Cheese being in the window or general noticing the cat somewhere, and figured the best way to avoid his interference was to drop the vase on Muffin to kill him. But Latte witnessed him digging up Cheese. Chiffon still went with the plan to kill Muffin, but Latte took the vase for him and neither one died. So then Chiffon might've realised that while Muffin still had to die some other day (and probably had a few other failed attempts to kill Muffin we haven't seen yet), Latte was an issue now as well. But possibly a more interesting one. We see in the Peppermint and FML memes that Chiffon does enjoy messing around with Latte, in cruel or just typical sibling banter. Chiffon doesn't want Latte dead because he's interesting. Muffin is just in the way, or bothersome. So Chiffon threatens Latte with Cheese being half dead after failing to kill Muffin with the vase, to keep Latte quiet. But still wanted Muffin dead as a kid, but as they grew up probably only tried to kill Muffin in the car "accident" to get Latte to react in some way, probably as Latte and Muffin's brotherly bond got annoying, or in the way. Plus Muffin in general would be seen as an issue due to him actually caring for his brothers a lot, and probably kept in touch or did surprise visits to Chiffon's house, interrupting his work
Cheddar is lowkey terrifying in this! From the slow burn reveal if the reanimated cat to the unsettling design of exposed flesh and blood, it genuinely caught me off guard when I first watched this. I love how slowly it’s revealed too! First you see the aftermath, then you see the shadow of its tail, with Chiffons reflection shown multiple times to show it’s his doing. Then the jittery movement of it walking, the sewn up back of it’s head, the dead eyes, and the back half of it’s body still having tire tracks over it, this feels like it’s out of a horror movie. Good work Sir Fluf.
Yeah dead things can still move even after dying so the cat seems calm because they're forever dead,Chiffon probably just managed to manipulate it's muscle movement so it seems "alive" and could move.

okay so basically this is what i got from this video: muffin's cat cheese dies (based off the pinned comment) he died from getting hit by a car (later on it also looks like there's a car track on him and the back half of him is flattened) muffin has to bury the cat and he goes back into the house crying while dragging latte along. then there's the head bopping transition thing. these are *always* with chiffon and latte, and i'm going to assume that they're supposed to represent how latte thinks of chiffon after each scene. in the first head bouncing one, latte is looking at chiffon, probably confused at how he doesn't look scathed at how the cat died. for this one, its not lineless and the colors aren't altered at all, with a neon orange background. later, latte is in the kitchen with a maid, looking out of the window. it looks like chiffon hadn't moved at all. then we see muffin mourning over the cat in bed, looking at a picture of him and the cat, while latte and a maid watches. presumably when it's night the same day, latte goes to get a glass of water from the kitchen. he then sees chiffon digging up the grave. (which implies he hadn't moved the entire day which is.. scariest part about this honestly) chiffon gets to the coffin then goes to stare straight at latte, implying that he saw him watching. then there's another head bopping transition. the colors are dulled considerably, and the background is a grayish blue color. for some reason, latte has the bandage over his eye (which we will see the cause of in the next scene). the two of them also are not next to each other in this segment, like the last one. it seems like latte looks more scared of chiffon in this, not suspicious. he's seemingly terrified of him next, we see latte with his eye bleeding profusely. there's shards of a vase and random flowers around him, so we can assume that a vase dropped on his eye and shattered, causing the injury. muffin is watching and, understandably, freaked out. on the shelf above, we see chiffon's tail, heavily implying he dropped the vase. it seems like chiffon wanted to injure the person it hit, or to kill the person the vase hit. next, we have latte in the kitchen again, getting another glass of water, as it flashes back to what caused latte's injury. from this, it looks like chiffon intended to hurt muffin with it instead of latte. latte seems to notice this and , when you connect the pieces together and taking into account muffin's position in the scene before, that he shoved muffin out of the way and took the hit, damaging his eye. back to later, when it's night again and he's getting water, he turns around in surprise and drops the glass, as his dead pet cat is now crawling towards him at an alarming rate. the undead cat stares up at latte and we can see chiffon again, in the doorway where the cat came from. he makes a shushing motion, then grins and makes a slitting throat motion. we're going to assume that he meant "stay quiet, or you get killed for real, this time." we can also interpret this as "stay quiet or muffin actually dies this time." now we have latte sitting in front of a mirror, a maid unbandaging his eye and combing his hair down so it's over the injury. latte doesn't look very happy, probably because he got his life threatened by a toddler. a lot of people in the comments interpret muffin and latte running as them going to run away from chiffon, but this doesn't make sense. as we can see latte probably didn't tell muffin anything at all, and they're also wearing backpacks. we can also say the scene before was him getting ready for school. chiffon's not coming because i think he's too young to go to school. at least he has the company of his formerly dead cat, right? now for the last part, we see the window he's looking out of is the window from his room. in his room we see a whole host of disturbing things; a heart, snake and some kind of hairless rodent in a jar, an operating table with belts attached, seemingly to hold the subject down, and a bunch of medical supplies. we can interpret this as the place where the cat got operated on. there's also a diagram of a cat's body on the wall next to the operating table. next we have another head bopping segment, the last one. latte's eyes are closed in this one, maybe implying his forced silence about what chiffon is doing. he is turning a blind eye, quite literally. for this one, they're next to each other in some portion of it. then it fades to black, and that's the end of the video. what a lovely, family friendly short! p.s this is actually amazing, sir fluff, and i found it super fun to over-analyze it :D

What everyone hasn't mentioned is that thus video clearly shows that chiffon is able to control animals, and in the EPOCH video it was confirmed Muffin got into a car crash and his chest penetrated by a deer's antlers, meaning that deer was specifically made to target muffin, which is why Latte was sure it was chiffon who caused the accident
Also Chiffon meant to kill Muffin first, Latte just protected him and the vase hit him. The question is, why is Chiffon after Muffin? Does he want to control him? Does Muffin know something? :eyes:

I JUST REALIZED Chiffon dug up the cat with a long spoon.. a SPOON. this detail just.. its perfect. it shows that Chiffon is still young and "adorable".
What I’ve picked up from this video 1. Latte has known and seen how scary Chiffon for years 2. Latte is blind in one eye 3. Chiffon knows how to bring at least animals back from the dead 4. The kids don’t seem to have parents or at least their not home much 5. They all grew up rich ( with maids and stuff) Edit: 6. At the end it looks like Muffin and Latte ran away from home leaving Chiffon 7. When the vase fell on Latte, for a few seconds you can see Chiffons ear. I think this shows that Chiffon tried to kill Latte because he saw him steal Chadder’s corpse. Theory: I think Chiffon got Muffin into a car accident to kill him and try to bring him back from the dead. Since he seemed only to have experimented on animals. axolotls [the siblings] have regenerative abilities and sometimes accidentally grow extra limbs so latte regenerating an eye isn’t a stretch. also i think chiffon tried killing muffin [ timing of the vase] but latte took the hit instead. in another vid muffin got in a car accident and latte looked angrily at chiffon. i think chiffon wanted to operate on muffin since a young age by waiting for him to get injured and take his body when he couldn’t fight back just to experiment and see the limitations of his brothers body and his own knowledge. [I assume this is why chiffon tried injuring him with a vase the first time] chiffon is less than 10 in this vid and was able to revive a cat in a day. chiffon is either really interested in organs, a psychopath, or a terrifying combination of both. chiffon hoped to operate on an unwilling muffin at least twice now by injuring him. if people weren’t scared of chiffon before, they sure as hell are now.
It's interesting that as time goes on, you can tell the cat is deteriorating. It been brought back from the dead so it's nerve are most likely dead. So it can still function but that doesn't mean it "health/ alive" it would still deteorate, and faster than you think too. Idk I just found that cool. But that's why later it's missing 1/4 of it's face and it's eyes.
OKAY so this is just some details I have notice in the video In the beginning I saw cheese name there’s the letter E was opposite I don’t know if that’s intentional but that’s what I saw They’re parents must be rich, consider the background has chandelier, and a maid too! I noticed that chiffon purposely pushed the vase (because there’s his tail on the left corner ) to kill muffin but latte pushed him away and he’s the one got hit by the vase. And muffin’s cat cheese when it was revived it has road marks (yes I know sir fluff has mentioned it but I’m just sharing what I saw in the video) Lastly I’m curious to know what’s chiffon’s motivation to brought back the cat, and he’s animal’s body parts collection, I don’t know he’s experimenting some kind of chemistry or he’s just a total psychopath.
I think he might have done it to cheer up Miffin. If he's sad the cat died, bring him back and he won't be sad anymore. Then again the whole vase thing kinda goes against that.
okay now that im not saying random gibberish in the comments from how good this is im gonna dissect it(ha) I personally think you deserve to call this an animation in itself- its so fucking over the top as a pmv and it goes so HARD. The stills themselves are GORGEOUS, they envoke a certain feeling of nostalgia but it's overwhelmed with such unease that it symbolizes the exact trauma these kids went through. The camera movements add such a good feeling to it- and the tweening is so good...don't get me started on how fucking uneasy the puppetting tool made Cheese look. It's absolutely STUNNING. also i adore how chiffon was just. born like that. he doesnt have any traumatic backstory or mental illness to justify how he acts hes just an asshole because hes a spoiled lil kid and can be. fantastic worldbuilding in this video, I feel like we just unlocked SOOOO much good lore.
Chiffon: has a room full of dead animals and dug their cat they burried not long ago up to bring it back to life in the middle of the night. The maids taking care of them: probably just one of those creepy phases kids go through
I genuinely don't think I've ever seen something that made me so horrified, holy shit. The animation is so good. Something about the burial, the settings outside, the little details--at first I was having fun with how catchy the song was, and on first watch I didn't really pick up on the plot so I was just vibing to the weird shit going on. Upon rewatch, I began to gather the details, and watching the part where the cat walked up to him? "then it becomes, it becomes, it becomes a problem" It's not the kind of horror that makes you scream or cry or break out into a sweat. You just feel your heart drop and it washes over you. Something about the animation from behind of the cat. Something about all if ot. This is genuinely so horrifying. Usually stuff that's horrifying makes me like, paranoid, about real life, thus why it's horrifying, but that's not the case here. I really can't explain it all that well, but this is so good.

Theory: So basically the video starts with cheddar the cat dying. The black axolytl is suspicious of Chiffon. They go to get water at night and see Chiffon unburying the cat. But what happened to their eye? I think it was an accident? Maybe? Edit: Chiffon pushed the vase on Latte! They dropped a vase on them. Then it appears Chiffon brought the cat back. Then the grey one is getting fixed up by maids in their house, which is interesting. You never see their parents, so I think they are dead. The two siblings run away.
Yeah, like Blood bag said, you can see Chiffon's (baby axolotl) tail slightly brushing by the shelf were the vase fell, implying that Chiffon pushed the vase onto Latte (Black axolotl) either to attempt murder or at the very least injure Latte.

Ok I rewatched it- Did Chiffon attempt to drop the vase on Muffin instead of Latte? And Latte noticed and pushed muffin out of the way? It just seems like that as, Latte seems to almost know Chiffon was up there, but only put himself in danger to save Muffin. And the position Muffin is in after the vase hit Latte, he's on the ground almost like he was pushed? Now if this is true either Chiffon did this intentionally knowing Latte would protect Muffin, or Chiffon figured he might make an example out of Muffin so Latte doesn't say anything. Either way, it works in Chiffon's favor. Edit: its 7:00am I just woke up, this edit is fixing my many grammar mistakes, and to mention how this is like my favourite thing in existence right now.
The disfigured and mangled cat was creepy enough on its own, but the way you made it move…it was unnatural, uncanny.,.it made my skin crawl. This is insane omg
Just some little things I noticed that I thought were kind of interesting: the style change from lined to lineless only occurred after Latte’s eye was damaged, which I think was a cool choice stylistically, but I’m wondering if it was meant to imply anything else? It might have a meaning like “the lines being blurred”, but that might just be me reading to far into things. As well, the choice to have different silhouettes on the wall at 0:44 was interesting, and I’m trying to decipher whether it’s implied that the maids are covering things up, and know more than we think they do; or whether it’s just implied that they’re going about their tasks. I’m sure people have already mentioned these, but I haven’t seen anything about it, so I figured I would comment?

i think the lineless may convey that because i think latte lost an eye to the "accident", he is only able to see things with his one eye, and i dont know what makes me think about this, but i feel when he opens his eyes in the FML meme when the song goes "blurry eyes" it might just be timing or it can convey that maybe latte sees things blurry or just not as good

i find it cool that the ‘then it becomes a problem’ part is always playing when something bad happens (chiffon being spotted digging up the cat, the reanimated cat being revealed to the grey axolotl)
So, lets get the story so far. Chiffon, Latte and Muffin are children of a wealthy couple. They're mother is unknown but their father is a wealthy business man. Latte was always weirded out by Chiffon by how he's behaving. Then, the death of their cat, Cheese. Muffin is deeply affected by this while Latte shared his mourning. But it couldn't be said the same for Chiffon. He's smiling no matter what. One night, Latte was going for their nightly cup of water when they saw Chiffon digging out Cheese's coffin. Latte was surprised while Chiffon just smiled and stared at his bewildered older sibling. Latte was about to tell Muffin what they saw, but saw a vase coming down onto their brother. They quickly pushed Muffin away, taking the hit. While they lay there bleeding and unconscious, Muffin calling their maids and Chiffon just stand on the cabinet, looking at Latte. This resulted in Latte's eye getting removed and covered. Few days later, Latte was doing the normal routine of getting a glass of water when they saw a shadow from the doorway. There, stood Cheese looking like a zombie, meowing and stalking towards Latte while Chiffon just stands there smiling. Latte must have told Muffin what they saw but he must of shrugged it off as one of their paranoia. Fast forward to the future, Chiffon is successful in his business from the skills he learnt from his childhood. I'm not sure the status of occupation for the older siblings. But one day, Muffin was caught in a car accident. Latte, hearing the news quickly came to the scene to find their brother bleeding from stab wounds from a deer's antlers. But from their perspective, Latte thinks Muffin's death isn't an accident. They suspected Muffin due to how the deer looks as it charged towards Muffin's vehicle. As to investigate the accident, they (finally) join the police force. As Latte conduct their own investigation, Chiffon is still going about his business and killings. He also taunted Latte as saying they couldn't prove that Chiffon has anything to do with the accident. While this unfolds, Muffin is still in a coma (or died if the remember me amv is canon who knows) Anywho Im tired typing this on my phone so tell me your thoughts.

Also please re look at how chiffon is acting when the cat is approaching latte He presses his finger to his lip and makes a cut throat motion I think its a threat that if he says shit hes dead, using the back from the dead cat to add weight to the threat. I mean someone who resurrected a road kill cat like that isnt to be fucked with. So i dont think he told muffin but idk. Im kinda more curious about why they're running from the house near the end

I love how you were able to pull off a creepy vibe with such a cartoony and "cutesy" style. When cheese was resurrected, it really was disturbing which i honestly wasn't expecting.
It's not just that he reanimated cheddar, in the last shot his tail is moving. The thing about a shattered, broken and run over spine is that it's kind of useless. Can't move anything from the point of impact down yeah? Well he does. His tail. Which is literally directly connected to his spine if I understand anything about cat anatomy! HE FIXED THE CAT'S SPINE?!

Chiffon's original intent was to hit Muffin with the vase and not Latte, cause you can see that Latte was following Muffin around and noticed that the vase was about to fall, so Latte pushed Muffin out of the way. so 1:33 is Muffin being pushed out of the way. edit 3: So I thought that the rabbit maid was the mom, but someone said they were all maids. I didnt know there was more until I rewatched the video (because this meme is cool), and I saw 0:44 where you can see two more maids, a dog (or a rabbit or cat) and a bird maid. So the rabbit maid isnt their mom, theyre just a good ol' maid. (dunno why i thought of that at first)

Ok, my theory is that Chiffon realised that taking Cheese from the grave might get Muffin's attention by either Cheese being in the window or general noticing the cat somewhere, and figured the best way to avoid his interference was to drop the vase on Muffin to kill him. But Latte witnessed him digging up Cheese. Chiffon still went with the plan to kill Muffin, but Latte took the vase for him and neither one died.
So then Chiffon might've realised that while Muffin still had to die some other day (and probably had a few other failed attempts to kill Muffin we haven't seen yet), Latte was an issue now as well. But possibly a more interesting one.
We see in the Peppermint and FML memes that Chiffon does enjoy messing around with Latte, in cruel or just typical sibling banter. Chiffon doesn't want Latte dead because he's interesting. Muffin is just in the way, or bothersome.
So Chiffon threatens Latte with Cheese being half dead after failing to kill Muffin with the vase, to keep Latte quiet. But still wanted Muffin dead as a kid, but as they grew up probably only tried to kill Muffin in the car "accident" to get Latte to react in some way, probably as Latte and Muffin's brotherly bond got annoying, or in the way.
Plus Muffin in general would be seen as an issue due to him actually caring for his brothers a lot, and probably kept in touch or did surprise visits to Chiffon's house, interrupting his work
Two months late but that actually makes a lot of sense!! This story is becoming really interesting and I love this theory sm

Cheddar is lowkey terrifying in this! From the slow burn reveal if the reanimated cat to the unsettling design of exposed flesh and blood, it genuinely caught me off guard when I first watched this. I love how slowly it’s revealed too! First you see the aftermath, then you see the shadow of its tail, with Chiffons reflection shown multiple times to show it’s his doing. Then the jittery movement of it walking, the sewn up back of it’s head, the dead eyes, and the back half of it’s body still having tire tracks over it, this feels like it’s out of a horror movie. Good work Sir Fluf.

okay so basically this is what i got from this video:
muffin's cat cheese dies (based off the pinned comment) he died from getting hit by a car (later on it also looks like there's a car track on him and the back half of him is flattened)
muffin has to bury the cat and he goes back into the house crying while dragging latte along.
then there's the head bopping transition thing.
these are *always* with chiffon and latte, and i'm going to assume that they're supposed to represent how latte thinks of chiffon after each scene. in the first head bouncing one, latte is looking at chiffon, probably confused at how he doesn't look scathed at how the cat died. for this one, its not lineless and the colors aren't altered at all, with a neon orange background.
later, latte is in the kitchen with a maid, looking out of the window. it looks like chiffon hadn't moved at all.
then we see muffin mourning over the cat in bed, looking at a picture of him and the cat, while latte and a maid watches.
presumably when it's night the same day, latte goes to get a glass of water from the kitchen. he then sees chiffon digging up the grave. (which implies he hadn't moved the entire day which is.. scariest part about this honestly)
chiffon gets to the coffin then goes to stare straight at latte, implying that he saw him watching.
then there's another head bopping transition. the colors are dulled considerably, and the background is a grayish blue color. for some reason, latte has the bandage over his eye (which we will see the cause of in the next scene). the two of them also are not next to each other in this segment, like the last one. it seems like latte looks more scared of chiffon in this, not suspicious. he's seemingly terrified of him
next, we see latte with his eye bleeding profusely. there's shards of a vase and random flowers around him, so we can assume that a vase dropped on his eye and shattered, causing the injury. muffin is watching and, understandably, freaked out.
on the shelf above, we see chiffon's tail, heavily implying he dropped the vase.
it seems like chiffon wanted to injure the person it hit, or to kill the person the vase hit.
next, we have latte in the kitchen again, getting another glass of water, as it flashes back to what caused latte's injury. from this, it looks like chiffon intended to hurt muffin with it instead of latte.
latte seems to notice this and , when you connect the pieces together and taking into account muffin's position in the scene before, that he shoved muffin out of the way and took the hit, damaging his eye.
back to later, when it's night again and he's getting water, he turns around in surprise and drops the glass, as his dead pet cat is now crawling towards him at an alarming rate.
the undead cat stares up at latte and we can see chiffon again, in the doorway where the cat came from. he makes a shushing motion, then grins and makes a slitting throat motion. we're going to assume that he meant "stay quiet, or you get killed for real, this time." we can also interpret this as "stay quiet or muffin actually dies this time."
now we have latte sitting in front of a mirror, a maid unbandaging his eye and combing his hair down so it's over the injury. latte doesn't look very happy, probably because he got his life threatened by a toddler.
a lot of people in the comments interpret muffin and latte running as them going to run away from chiffon, but this doesn't make sense. as we can see latte probably didn't tell muffin anything at all, and they're also wearing backpacks. we can also say the scene before was him getting ready for school.
chiffon's not coming because i think he's too young to go to school. at least he has the company of his formerly dead cat, right?
now for the last part, we see the window he's looking out of is the window from his room. in his room we see a whole host of disturbing things; a heart, snake and some kind of hairless rodent in a jar, an operating table with belts attached, seemingly to hold the subject down, and a bunch of medical supplies. we can interpret this as the place where the cat got operated on. there's also a diagram of a cat's body on the wall next to the operating table.
next we have another head bopping segment, the last one. latte's eyes are closed in this one, maybe implying his forced silence about what chiffon is doing. he is turning a blind eye, quite literally. for this one, they're next to each other in some portion of it. then it fades to black, and that's the end of the video.

What I’ve picked up from this video
1. Latte has known and seen how scary Chiffon for years
2. Latte is blind in one eye
3. Chiffon knows how to bring at least animals back from the dead
4. The kids don’t seem to have parents or at least their not home much
5. They all grew up rich ( with maids and stuff)
Edit: 6. At the end it looks like Muffin and Latte ran away from home leaving Chiffon
7. When the vase fell on Latte, for a few seconds you can see Chiffons ear. I think this shows that Chiffon tried to kill Latte because he saw him steal Chadder’s corpse.
Theory: I think Chiffon got Muffin into a car accident to kill him and try to bring him back from the dead. Since he seemed only to have experimented on animals.

I don't think Latte is blind (not confirmed I don't remember) because he DID regenerate the eye, but it was no longer red

axolotls [the siblings] have regenerative abilities and sometimes accidentally grow extra limbs so latte regenerating an eye isn’t a stretch. also i think chiffon tried killing muffin [ timing of the vase] but latte took the hit instead. in another vid muffin got in a car accident and latte looked angrily at chiffon. i think chiffon wanted to operate on muffin since a young age by waiting for him to get injured and take his body when he couldn’t fight back just to experiment and see the limitations of his brothers body and his own knowledge. [I assume this is why chiffon tried injuring him with a vase the first time] chiffon is less than 10 in this vid and was able to revive a cat in a day. chiffon is either really interested in organs, a psychopath, or a terrifying combination of both. chiffon hoped to operate on an unwilling muffin at least twice now by injuring him. if people weren’t scared of chiffon before, they sure as hell are now.
It's interesting that as time goes on, you can tell the cat is deteriorating. It been brought back from the dead so it's nerve are most likely dead. So it can still function but that doesn't mean it "health/ alive" it would still deteorate, and faster than you think too. Idk I just found that cool. But that's why later it's missing 1/4 of it's face and it's eyes.

Lastly I’m curious to know what’s chiffon’s motivation to brought back the cat, and he’s animal’s body parts collection, I don’t know he’s experimenting some kind of chemistry or he’s just a total psychopath.
I think he might have done it to cheer up Miffin. If he's sad the cat died, bring him back and he won't be sad anymore. Then again the whole vase thing kinda goes against that.

I personally think you deserve to call this an animation in itself- its so fucking over the top as a pmv and it goes so HARD. The stills themselves are GORGEOUS, they envoke a certain feeling of nostalgia but it's overwhelmed with such unease that it symbolizes the exact trauma these kids went through. The camera movements add such a good feeling to it- and the tweening is so good...don't get me started on how fucking uneasy the puppetting tool made Cheese look. It's absolutely STUNNING.

I genuinely don't think I've ever seen something that made me so horrified, holy shit. The animation is so good.
Something about the burial, the settings outside, the little details--at first I was having fun with how catchy the song was, and on first watch I didn't really pick up on the plot so I was just vibing to the weird shit going on. Upon rewatch, I began to gather the details, and watching the part where the cat walked up to him? "then it becomes, it becomes, it becomes a problem"
It's not the kind of horror that makes you scream or cry or break out into a sweat. You just feel your heart drop and it washes over you. Something about the animation from behind of the cat. Something about all if ot. This is genuinely so horrifying.
Usually stuff that's horrifying makes me like, paranoid, about real life, thus why it's horrifying, but that's not the case here. I really can't explain it all that well, but this is so good.

I admire your work so much!! You can perfectly capture “horror” unlike those movies without using loud noises and jumpscares. So basically the video starts with cheddar the cat dying. The black axolytl is suspicious of Chiffon. They go to get water at night and see Chiffon unburying the cat. But what happened to their eye? I think it was an accident? Maybe?

Yeah, like Blood bag said, you can see Chiffon's (baby axolotl) tail slightly brushing by the shelf were the vase fell, implying that Chiffon pushed the vase onto Latte (Black axolotl) either to attempt murder or at the very least injure Latte.

Did Chiffon attempt to drop the vase on Muffin instead of Latte?
And Latte noticed and pushed muffin out of the way?
It just seems like that as, Latte seems to almost know Chiffon was up there, but only put himself in danger to save Muffin. And the position Muffin is in after the vase hit Latte, he's on the ground almost like he was pushed?
Now if this is true either Chiffon did this intentionally knowing Latte would protect Muffin, or Chiffon figured he might make an example out of Muffin so Latte doesn't say anything.
Either way, it works in Chiffon's favor.

Just some little things I noticed that I thought were kind of interesting: the style change from lined to lineless only occurred after Latte’s eye was damaged, which I think was a cool choice stylistically, but I’m wondering if it was meant to imply anything else? It might have a meaning like “the lines being blurred”, but that might just be me reading to far into things. As well, the choice to have different silhouettes on the wall at 0:44 was interesting, and I’m trying to decipher whether it’s implied that the maids are covering things up, and know more than we think they do; or whether it’s just implied that they’re going about their tasks. I’m sure people have already mentioned these, but I haven’t seen anything about it, so I figured I would comment?
I think they are cleaning the late cat's things. one has a broom, and the other seems to be carrying a cat tower.

i think the lineless may convey that because i think latte lost an eye to the "accident", he is only able to see things with his one eye, and i dont know what makes me think about this, but i feel when he opens his eyes in the FML meme when the song goes "blurry eyes" it might just be timing or it can convey that maybe latte sees things blurry or just not as good

So, lets get the story so far.
Chiffon, Latte and Muffin are children of a wealthy couple. They're mother is unknown but their father is a wealthy business man. Latte was always weirded out by Chiffon by how he's behaving.
Then, the death of their cat, Cheese. Muffin is deeply affected by this while Latte shared his mourning. But it couldn't be said the same for Chiffon. He's smiling no matter what. One night, Latte was going for their nightly cup of water when they saw Chiffon digging out Cheese's coffin. Latte was surprised while Chiffon just smiled and stared at his bewildered older sibling.
Latte was about to tell Muffin what they saw, but saw a vase coming down onto their brother. They quickly pushed Muffin away, taking the hit. While they lay there bleeding and unconscious, Muffin calling their maids and Chiffon just stand on the cabinet, looking at Latte.
This resulted in Latte's eye getting removed and covered. Few days later, Latte was doing the normal routine of getting a glass of water when they saw a shadow from the doorway. There, stood Cheese looking like a zombie, meowing and stalking towards Latte while Chiffon just stands there smiling. Latte must have told Muffin what they saw but he must of shrugged it off as one of their paranoia.
Fast forward to the future, Chiffon is successful in his business from the skills he learnt from his childhood. I'm not sure the status of occupation for the older siblings. But one day, Muffin was caught in a car accident. Latte, hearing the news quickly came to the scene to find their brother bleeding from stab wounds from a deer's antlers. But from their perspective, Latte thinks Muffin's death isn't an accident. They suspected Muffin due to how the deer looks as it charged towards Muffin's vehicle. As to investigate the accident, they (finally) join the police force. As Latte conduct their own investigation, Chiffon is still going about his business and killings. He also taunted Latte as saying they couldn't prove that Chiffon has anything to do with the accident. While this unfolds, Muffin is still in a coma (or died if the remember me amv is canon who knows)

I love how you were able to pull off a creepy vibe with such a cartoony and "cutesy" style. When cheese was resurrected, it really was disturbing which i honestly wasn't expecting.
It's not just that he reanimated cheddar, in the last shot his tail is moving. The thing about a shattered, broken and run over spine is that it's kind of useless. Can't move anything from the point of impact down yeah? Well he does. His tail. Which is literally directly connected to his spine if I understand anything about cat anatomy! from what I understand in the video:
Latte and muffin had to bury their cat (cheese), Muffin was getting sad so Muffin ran back home with Latte. Latte went to go get some milk and he saw Chiffon digging up Cheese's grave, I think Latter and Muffin were running around or playing I'm not sure, so right ontop of Latte Chiffon dropped a vase on Latte's right eye. Latte went to go get milk again (like my dad😔) and Chiffon revived Cheese or sumn idk im not caught up with whats going on with the whole chiffon stuff lmao
edit: oh and Latte and Muffin obviously ran away from Chiffon, because why wouldnt you that demon child could murder you lmao
edit 2: someone mentioned this but i dont remember who did but, after i payed close attention to 1:48-1:49(1:50?) Chiffon's original intent was to hit Muffin with the vase and not Latte, cause you can see that Latte was following Muffin around and noticed that the vase was about to fall, so Latte pushed Muffin out of the way. so 1:33 is Muffin being pushed out of the way.
edit 3: So I thought that the rabbit maid was the mom, but someone said they were all maids. I didnt know there was more until I rewatched the video (because this meme is cool), and I saw 0:44 where you can see two more maids, a dog (or a rabbit or cat) and a bird maid. So the rabbit maid isnt their mom, theyre just a good ol' maid. (dunno why i thought of that at first)
