So let me explain the story: Dummy wanted to save Dummy from being sentenced by Dummy for the theft of Dummy. So Dummy came up with a plan to attack the convoy and flee with Dummy. That way, Dummy won't be able to find Dummy without the help of Dummy who is currently busy making a website about Dummies. 2 days later Dummy gets a tipoff from Dummy which lets him know that Dummy is in Italy. Dummy takes a flight to Italy with dummy Airways. ANd off we go again, Dummy starts a pursuit with Dummy as Dummy failed to stop when being pulled over...............TO BE CONTINUED

The FBI police are concerned with protecting FBI facilities, property, personnel, users and visitors from harm, not all this movement. The only one who should deal with them right now is the local law enforcement agencies
I don't disagree and you could also question why the FBI would be in Italy (first map is based on Italy) but sometimes it's just fun to use those types of skins even if it's not entirely realistic ;) Thanks for watching!
