What I don't like is that 90% of their merchandise is not in the USA but in China and that is a problem since it takes more than 12 days for my clients to receive their order and that has hurt my sales since almost no one wants buy since the shipments take too long, I do not understand this company. They must have all their merchandise in the USA to avoid this delay and as I see they seem to buy the merchandise through dropshipp and then send it through dropshipp
So where else do you source your products from that has better shipping times, Trendsi takes too long indeed and after waiting a few days, they may tell you the wait times for a particular product will extend beyond 14 days and issue a refund. That happened with one of my customer's orders. But they have really trendy products
How many items do you suggest to put on your Shopify from Trendsi?
