Hey thanks for the Strand Scars idea. Really cool synergy. Especially with Chain Reaction wave frame, you already know. Sorry in advance for the long comment incoming lol.
I'm learning to play Scars titans right now because I think it's gonna be one of the best ways to play Prismatic.
For GM and legend activities using Solar Scars, I think a heal clip weapon with 3x solar surge is really important. Sunshot adds what I'd say is ease of use. Some activities you'll find Polaris Lance to be superior primary DPS (which is also worth it), but if you're bringing the right special/heavy, then you'll see why Heal Clip is so powerful when every kill is a full heal. Luna's Howl, Parabellum, Heliocentric, Summoner- all great Heal Clip weapons that hold their own.
I'm not good at pvp, but here's what I've found running it so far. Kill Clip weapons work perfectly for max value from kills. Run a Reaper mod and score a free orb to get 3x surges active. Any moderately scorching grenade works really well with Consecration for this, having a quick ignite combo with enhanced regen in pvp really helps get your momentum. Ember of Beams will be more useful than Torches for pvp. Have 70 Int to get it in time for use in Trials. Could use Absolution, helmet mods, and Distribution for more super energy if needed. Surges aren't needed in 3s, it just helps you activate 5+ benefits from snagging certain solar gun final blows.
Last thing to note is the power of Golden Tricorn and ability kills, which gives an even larger buff than kills with that weapon. It gets out of hand really quickly.

Indebted kindness instead of subjunctive with double special ammo finder really makes this arc build pop. I’ve run it in multiple 50 round on slots with top frag and top orb production and it actually slaps really hard. Usually I use conditional finality for double special. If you’re picking up the crates, whenever you get them, and double special Finder, you still shouldn’t run out of ammo.

Yeah that is also an incredible option, I have a lead from gold/volshot (I know my RNG is insane lol) that is also an incredible combo. For what ever reason I only use it on my Hunter, kinda slipped my mind here bc on my titan… I’m strand/solar mainly which is why I forgot about that

@@TheShadowNinja Strand/solar are the obvious choices this season (have only run Pantheon on those), but arc with precious scars and indebted kindness with a Cuirass swap on boss --- just works! I have over 15k kills on my sidearm this season heh.

I’d use ember of char instead of singering, just spreads more scorch w it, OR you could do ashes but since ur going for ignitions, only would use it unless using tommys but even without its goated

On the Strand build does Ashes to Assets do anything? If you grapple melee I thought it all went to melee damage?

No it still counts as grenade since it’s a grenade ability. The change you may be thinking of was the double dipping of orbs with it. So the grenade and melee orbs were generating 2 at a time. Now they don’t stack like that

Aye strand grapple melee also counts as grenade kills one of the fastest ways for me to get the Daily grenade kills done
