In retrospect the Whittaker deal must have been fairly advanced on Wednesday because it concluded on Friday. Had the player been in meetings or having a medical? Either way, not ideal preparation for the game and it's clear there would have been discussions about him not playing. Just a shame the manager appears not to have been included in the discussions and believed he was available
Fally Muyalu is a bit of a strange one. Frankly, I think it's clear that he's not ready for the Championship right now and a loan to a League One club to acclimatise to the English game would logically have made sense, however City's striking options are really bare bones, especially recently with Sinclair Armstrong (another misfiring young player) being out injured and Harry Cornick (a transfer dud) frozen out of the team, so Muyalu has essentially been used to help reduce the minutes played by Nakhi Wells, our only Championship level striker. That said, there's a surprisingly large toxic element in the City support at the moment and Fally has been one of the most affected players, recently being jeered off the pitch when subbed. You'd struggle to believe that the club was in with the best chance of reaching the playoffs in the past 5 years. It would've been nice if we could have reinforced in this window, but it's not looking likely now and I think we're likely to tail off before too long.
Dan Neil is Sunderland born and bred, came through the academy and living the dream being our captain. Neil holds the midfield together and in my opinion would not swap Sunderland for two struggling teams like Everton. As we know money talks in football and if a bid came in for 25 million who knows what may happen. Ha Way The Lads
As a west brom fan, really want to see diangana given a new contract especially after today. Also, we should be all over that Riis deal, need a striker until Dike and Maja are back and he can be an option off the bench
Sorry to say MW had to go, thanks for your 18 months at the club including your match winning goal at Brentford in this seasons fa cup, winner out of this whole sad saga is his previous club (Swansea City) sell on clause in the original contract
If Cleverley is sacked, I don't think I can support the club until the owner is gone. Absolute disgrace of a bloke. Most people had us going down/being in a relegation battle at the beginning of the season, we have spent the least amount of money in the Championship in the Summer Window, yet Cleverley has got us into a Play-Off pushing season. For me, only Cifuentes and Danny Rohl have been on level/better than Cleverley in terms of over performing. Tom is a top manager and has a very bright future.
@ That doesnt excuse him refusing to play for us and how bad he’s been playing recently. When he has had service he’s more often than not done nothing with it!
Ben I want you to apologise over the comments on Whittaker it’s came out the Plymouth manager left him out of the squad and planned for the match without him muric lied to cover his teams dreadful performance
Dan Neil won't be leaving us this season ❤🤍
Boro have signed George Edmundson from Ipswich Town on a Permanent Deal.
Who?
I was about to type that 😊
Derby heavily linked to Matt Clarke from Middlesbrough
I'm a Boro fan . He is a great defender and understand he wants to play regular.
And Wednesday
for dan neil atleast north of 25m and a sizeable sell on clause and performance add ons
Madness if SAFC sold our captain.
Dan Neil had to stay, he's out captain. Thing with Dan is he's not flash,a lot of what he does goes unnoticed, but he is a top player.
Keep Riis for the playoff push, pne on fire now and looking well balanced

Hull have agreed a fee with Huddersfield for Sorba Thomas

Why did you not mention Ben Doak staying at Boro , is that because we play next . 😁
Oh dear lol

If stoke does sign another forward then we'll need to find somewhere for Nathan Lowe to go because he needs as much game time as possible
That finally puts buendia tranfers rumour ended for leeds
Dan Neil is much better further forward with his vision and accurate passing just look at a couple of passes for Wilson Isadors goals
Augustas Kargbo to Blackburn bid already made
😂😂 Dan Neil our captain isn’t going anywhere and on that note none of our main starters will leave before the summer Fact!

Sell diangana best game he has had for ages only because he wants to leave been crap last two seasons 😂😂
@stephenlane4377 had the most goal contributions of any west brom player last season 🥱

As a Chelsea fan I find myself cheering Sunderland on just like I did Ipswich last season, love when the underdog prevails 😃
We shouldn’t be the underdog we are the biggest team in the league 😅
@DumbTurtlzyeah I agree ur the biggest club itl, let’s hope u can get back to where u belong next season
@@liamjohnson4221you only belong " there " if you earn the right .
@DumbTurtlz u mean leeds pal
@ nah Sunderland
Whittaker is a disgrace we had the same when dion dublin refused to play for us a few years ago

Wouldn’t even say I’d blame u for stopping supporting til the owner leaves, there’s only so much BS a certain person can take
sadly it just seems like a very Watford move. They always pull that shit. That's why as a neutral I can't like them
There are worse owners around the Championship.
millwall have 14mill from esse plus 8 mill coming for flemming yet linked with no one
You never mentioned a possible matt Clarke loan deal from Middlesbrough to derby
I would get rid of lenihan not matt clarke, 🎉🎉
looks like cardiff are gonna sign Sivert mannsverk on loan from Ajax
Here’s a fun fact I went to school with Isaac price
Nothing about Leeds? I wonder if we ll end up with noone
You’ve got the best squad in the league you don’t need signings
Ur squads already OP new signings aren’t necessary other than maybe a better GK
@@liamjohnson4221 yeah meslier is a liability
@@tanyajacobs9974 Ben is not in the know,he talking about what any 1 of us could look up😆
Ali Al Hamadi is not championship, 100% bottom league 2 player, we panic signed him last year cus he was good for Wimbledon
Ali Al Hamadi is a diamond that needs polishing, that’s all
Ben Souza is staying put at the home of football beautiful down town Bramall Lane
Lol
Bristol city
Ben
Souza is going nowhere
Dan neil doesnt really do much so if he goes, we got le fee...
I think you're wrong hes captain for a reasom
@billyblack9339 he's shite and very very overrated and defo not captain material take the money and run 🙄
@goosemav8628 that shite 2 premier league clubs are after him ? I think you're under rating him
@billyblack9339 because he's overated 👌 he hasn't the character to be club captain that's for certain 😉
@billyblack9339 well that's more shite after more shite 😂😂
Glad to see Whittaker gone. Worst attitude from an Argyle player I’ve ever seen.
He wasn't getting no service for goals at your club, so he left, 😭😭🤣
@ That doesnt excuse him refusing to play for us and how bad he’s been playing recently. When he has had service he’s more often than not done nothing with it!
Whittaker sucks …I woujd not want Whittaker at qpr
I think you require some lessons in grammar as well as spelling.
@@jimshelley8831 Who are you. The grammar police?
