    Love the Neil Pert reference! Glad these are ONYX Certified, we need to upgrade to 21 anyway and that savings would help us justify the purchase of a new Latex roll to roll.

    So, when my subscription for Flexi that came with the 365 I bought just 6 months prior to this video runs out I should consider Onyx instead? It also would have been nice to know that with a few months patience we could have optioned for these models.

    On the 800 that's a lot of white ink for less capability of the R2000. How long before the ink goes bad in the box?

    • @ITSuppliesINC
      @ITSuppliesINC  28 дней назад

      HP Latex white ink cartridges typically have a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened in a cool, dry place. Once opened and installed, the white ink requires periodic circulation to prevent settling and maintain quality, so it's best to use it regularly within that time frame for optimal performance.

    Do you have a video on printing double sided banners on these machines using Flexi 21?

    • @ITSuppliesINC
      @ITSuppliesINC  5 месяцев назад

      We do not have a video for this, however, HP has a guide for printing double-sided on the 700 & 800 series which can be found here - acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:42d36344-73bd-412d-89b0-a5a22bc70197

      Hi Gys Du Plessis, the recommended operating temperature range from HP for the 700/800 HP Latex series is 59 degrees Fahrenheit to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. The operating humidity range is 20% to 80% RH (non-condensing). More information can be found on HP's spec sheets. 800W spec sheet provided here. h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c06990640

    Can you do a Mimaki and hp white comparison demo?

    • @ITSuppliesINC
      @ITSuppliesINC  Год назад

      Hello Rob, If you email in to info@itsupplies.com we can get you set up with a sample print from our HP Latex 800W demonstrating the white ink. We are not a Mimaki dealer so you'd need to get a sample file to a Mimaki dealer to compare to.

    Can I run a roll of tight knit FIBERGLASS through the 700 and have it print on it?

    • @ITSuppliesINC
      @ITSuppliesINC  3 года назад

      Hi Paul, Thank you for your comment! There are many substrates that were not specifically made for printing that do in fact print on the HP Latex printers. In these situations, it almost always calls for having the material tested before we can come to any conclusions. We would be happy to test the material for you. Give us a call at 1-800-771-9665 or email info@itsupplies.com so we can get you connected with a commercial sales rep for further assistance.

    Can the HP 700 W printer do Double sided banners similar to the HP 360 could?

    • @ITSuppliesINC
      @ITSuppliesINC  3 года назад

      Hi! Thank you for your question. The HP 700 and 800 series currently does not have the double-sided printing function that the HP 365 has.

    How long do the printheads last?

    • @ITSuppliesINC
      @ITSuppliesINC  2 года назад

      Hi D, There are a lot of variables that go into printhead life. On average a printhead will last 4,000 to 6,000 ml of ink fired. If a printhead fails before 1,000 mls fired HP will replace it for free under warranty.

      @@ITSuppliesINC after doing some more snooping, I think it’s 1.5 liters on the 700/800 isn’t it? 1000ml for the 300/500.

    • @ITSuppliesINC
      @ITSuppliesINC  2 года назад

      Hi D, on the HP 700 and 800 Latex printer series the printhead warranties are as follows. White Printheads are 1,000ml and the color, overcoat, optimizer heads are 1,500ml.
