Michael scott successfully get his old job back is a proof that Michael scott is a genius negotiator.
He's is the manager for a reason.
I agreed that Michael is good at negotiation but to be fair, he did quit in the first place and went through all that just to get his old job back.
@@pandawolf5990 Well, he was "flying high" or simply just flying by himself for a brief moment until he realized what he had before, regardless of how uncomfortable it was, was actually better than running his own company. That's why he decided to go back. And when he went back, all his bosses including Charles Miner was still there.
The only reason they got their jobs back is because Jim overheard Dwight after he found out the new company was basically done. Jim saved them...they had nothing. Jim told Pam to close the deal and she told Michael. If he didnt overhear Dwight, Dwight would've told David it was all a bluff. So Jim saved them...not Michael.
@@falloutboy9424 actually Jim did it for Pam on the 1st place, and David Wallace knew that they couldnt last long, but Michael said that David must give excuses for the loss of all those big clients, so it was about time to do something with Michael. And note that after Michael left, and Charles was manager, the business didnt go so well anyways. Everyone wants a boss like Michael i think, i cant stand a boss that is like Charles. Michael annoyed them all the time, he was rude, racist etc, but everyone could do their work as they pleased and knew that Michael really cared for each one of them. Charles was not even close to that at any point
@@Gk1lo Dwight was going to call Michael's bluff..they had nothing. They were losing clients and if Dwight had told David it woulf have been over. And your being emotional about Michael as a boss, Charles was never bad in any way. The office members didnt even hate him, it was just Michael throwing a fit because he was being "managed".

@@jamiesummers3005 not really, Dwight knew they were bankrupt and was going to tell David, Jim stepped in quickly and saved them. Michael had a nice idea but if David would have known that MSPC had no value they would have lost their jobs lol
@@jamiesummers3005 Dwight was about to ruin all of their lives. The ONLY person who saved them all ESPECIALLY Micheal was Jim.
He definitely did it for Michael and Pam, and, for the sake of the whole office. From what was shown, Charles was not an effective manager at that branch and didn't know his personnel
I give Jim credit that he deserves BUT Michael gave a good argument to David Wallace about what would happen if the MSPC broke. Michael would create another company and then another and another, there are limitless names for companies. Imo, even if Wallace knew about their incoming bankruptcy, he would have still re hired them to end Michael's future companies.
