    Also replace the intercooler. Got an Airtec on mine and it keeps the car cooler. It is 330bhp and 450NM now.
    Also got a Milltek exhaust and K&N air-intake with a custom tune on it.

      How would you say you like the sound of a Miltek? I've been looking at Akrapovic with OPF delete but am worried I'll be harassed by the police constantly, and it's quite expensive. I might lean more towards Miltek honestly, or Remus.

    I think that exhaust system hides better the 3 cyl sound than the akrapovic. Myabe the sound trough a camera is diferent than irl. Sounds good tho

      Different personalities from each system. The Akra in our video has no OPF in place also, where this system retains that.

    I've a modified GR Yaris myself, love the performance mods but that bodykit looks very flimsy.

      We lowered ours on Bilstein B16 coilovers and could not be happier with it, but that’s totally down to the customer. The standard suspension is great but does sit quite high.

    Was this only hardware change or was there software done to stock ecu?

      ECU remap along with hardware. Look at the delta before/after rather than peak number as this car had barely been run in, and was down compared to ours but gained the same amount.

    Hi, how did you tune it? Changed the ECU or managed to crack it? And when getting 300 HP, shouldn't the valves get an upgrade? Thanks

      The ECU has been unlocked by a few companies, meaning we can flash our own calibrations to the ECU.
      This power is safe for standard valve springs. It’s something we are going to dive deeper in to on our own car.

    The graph doesn't look smooth to me, maybe he had bad fuel quality in it. That would also explain the lower stock BHP.

      Worth noting that this dyno has 0 graph smoothing and quite a high sample rate for data. Either way it does not feel unsmooth on the road, this is a tune we have developed on our own car.

    £3500 for an exhaust is scandalous. £1500 more than every other one just because it has a valve system. Con men

      The price is set by the manufacturer. Yes it has a valve but also a very clever switching system that integrates with the can bus allowing the customer to open and close through the driving modes. At the end of the day if the customer thinks that is all worth the price they will buy it. If they don't then they will buy something else. No one is forcing them into a decision.

I'm a technican for toyota and have only had 1 with an issue since release. Had a customer collect one today, waited nearly 18 months for it, that says alot

      You continue to make assumptions. We offer custom tuning on a variety of platforms. The GR Yaris is still in its infancy of tuning development so we do not currently offer custom tuning, only what we have developed on our own car.
      As with all platforms our main focus is on improving performance whilst retaining OEM levels of drivability, even if that sacrifices some of the peak figures on a dyno graph. A car that does not drive well is pointless in our eyes.
