You guys are really missing the boat on not making the Williams O offerings. With Lionel and what’s left of MTH offering only high tech stuff that takes a year to come in from the initial announcement, buyers forced to buy sight unseen and then find that that special order item sometimes doesn’t work or has visual QC issues, there is a market for the sturdy models for entry level customers like what Williams made.
Very nice. I've gotten more seriously into model railroading over the past five years, and all of the steam locomotives I plan on running on my layout are Bachmann engines. Additionally, I've been to the Bachmann headquarters in Philadelphia, though that was only to get an engine repaired after I burnt out the motor.
I see you guys have pretty much given up completely on the O gauge lineup. Wow. I honestly wonder why you guys ever chose to acquire the Williams brand in the first place because is ridiculous. You have basically killed off the brand and it seems like you have no remorse for it in the slightest which I think is the real kick to the gut. That’s pure bullcrap right there fellas.
Looking forward to seeing more HOn30, such as a Vulcan 2-4-0 similar to the CP&LE engines. Cause I’d love to see some of those smaller underrated railroads get some attention. it would be a great start for an. Hon30 american railroad. Maybe even some of the small 3 foot sugarcane locomotives. Although I know it most likely won’t happen. I would love to see it happen because HON 30 stuff at the moment is kinda hard to come by. And though I think it would be unlikely, I would like to see some of the Cedar Point and Lake Erie railroad locomotives get models, although i feel like that’s going to be a hard license to get. But they would sell really well. I have made some models myself, and even taking them to the railroad, I get so many people asking where i got them. I know they would sell really well.
Did anyone notice the beautiful USRA 4-6-2 Pacific at the begining? They mention nothing about it except to call it a 2-8-2. So, I might ask, are we going to see the 4-6-2 in the very near future?
That would be good. I just hope it has better electronics than much of the last few years' production. I have no less than 3 Bachmann steam locos that required new electronics because the factory parts failed after a short time.
I love model trains and used to be focused on HO only but then i started getting in to G scale, the only problem i find is they keep discontinuing products, I wanted a K36 locomotive from whomever made it but nobody does anymore, i went looking for the next closest locomotive the K-27 from Spectrum Bchmann and same thing, discontinued. I just wish they made them and increased their catalogues as there isn't a very large variety compared to HO or other scales either.
The O scale Evans Product covered steel coil gondola cars that used to be produced under the K-Line brand name can be produced also, since there are HO scale covered steel coil cars being produced in 2023.
@@potatosspilled6621 or you could just use a Hornby E2. I don't want to say anything to dastardly but LBSC E2s are not only pretty awful locomotives but they aren't American prototypes and thus wouldn't make sense for Bachmann USA to produce...
I'd like to see you bring back that pinstripe blue Santa Fe GP30, but this time get the logo correct on the nose, and the way the yellow goes across the top of the nose (like the red does on the SP GP30)
Will the ho scale steam locos be in a cheap price range like 59 or 30 dollars or will they be like basically all ho scale American steam locos where there all 150 dollars or something like that

Bachmann should try to branch out into hon3, it's a market that needs to be expanded and they already have an o scale narrow gauge line, 30 inch and 3 foot so why no an ho scale 3 foot narrow gauge? They already have Denver and Rio Grande freight cars and locomotives in ho scale standard gauge, it's like their teasing us.

I wouldn’t know, I’m only here for any trains that look good enough for my brand new railway. I only find out the engine I bought right after I buy them. So this normally sounds a tiny bit confusing. I’m also kinda new, so I don’t know what is disappointing or what isn’t. I only joined the hobby around November of 2022. I’ve learned a lot. ALTHOUGH, every video I get recommended by them, I beg for a new E2 and never get one soooooooooooo.
@@potatosspilled6621 Bachman don’t mostly sell British models in the us. And the reason this is a disappointment is because of lack of interesting models. If you checked last year you can see a ton of new model announced. The only thing we got this year was repaints

I will also say, Bachmann has not been giving the US any models worth my money at the moment, mostly due to the fact the make a lot of modern locomotive, most of them aren’t steam ones either so I only really buy older models.

@@gamerfan8445, yeah. Any E2s on eBay have a really high shipping price due to the fact they don’t sell them in the US, so I have never got around to getting one.

Hell, I would have bought the PM 1225 if it was actually accurate, but you put white walls on the road number that only got them in excursion life, and you couldn’t even do that right! The white walls shouldn’t be on every wheel. I also don’t understand why you only ever do changed schemes. How about you fix your old models and make them good (cough cough) daylight. The daylight needs the smoke box fixed, and if it were me I’d add the functional mars light. Also for small letters put the number boards in the right place. I know I sound like a foamer, but at the same time you could be the only company producing a good daylight model. It is just becoming repetitive. When are we gonna get something new?

Mattel doesn’t like them making characters that aren’t in cgi so I don’t think Stepney and Arthur aren’t likely until the show is revived.
