@@zebra7578 not been too long since i posted but been picking up my game every single week. Playing in as many adult leagues as i possibly can along with a workout regimen. Now also my full time work is coaching soccer. Surrounding my life with the game and just focusing on being my best in every aspect. Slow progress but progress nonetheless! When it comes to semi-pro that might still be achievable but at a minor level. A lot of low league semi-pro teams in my area are pay to play so we’ll see but just going to continue to work on getting higher and higher level where it makes sense

@@SayelorYT id intentionally train 6-7 days a week. Go to paid camps & clubs in the US and in Europe for more opportunities, take feedback, go to try outs/combines/trials wherever i can. Look to get on a more competitive team & grow from there. Only thing ive been struggling with is funding it all. I think its possible if i had more time to save and set myself up better but its hard to fund all that while working 50hrs a week to maintain life where im at. I think being younger could put you in a more advantageous position to live at a parents or somewhere cheap and spend money on football.

1:35 I cant believe he did not play you it was early in the game he is going to get more chances to go 1v1 vs the opposition but this was a great gap and run from you the sad part is that he did see you and did not respect your run, Shame on Marlon.

Also, if you already know your side of the field is congested, when your CB plays you the ball, calmly 1 touch it back to him to swing it the other way. You can control the game this way.
Nothing wrong with trying the outside of the foot pass. If you are too negative about the mistakes, you lose your cool, which is why you tried to compensate by sliding in the box. All players make mistakes, don’t let them shake your composure, and learn from them, so you don’t make the same mistake twice. :) Especially playing defense, you need to be mentally cool always.

It does allow for some reset and a little breathing room but the down side is it strikes me as a small psych. defeat and I am not convinced it makes things any better. What oops 123 said. In some formations, outside backs provide most of the width for the team. Tulsa plays a modern 4-3-3 in most games, so the outside backs are expected to overlap or underlap the wings.
Definitely watch the spanish league. La Liga. They have their wingbacks bomb up forward to aid the attack. I speak from experience as a right back who played briefly in spain
@@jasonhall10 Liverpool are also fun to watch in this regard because their wingers often cut inside to attack leaving space on the flanks for the overlapping backs.

With the style of play nowadays, it is not. Left and right backs are expected to pressure all the way up and all the way back down.
