What keeps you stuck in the health anxiety cycle

    I think the trouble is how do you discern if it’s in the mind or the body. Some things that are in the body can affect the mind and they are the root of anxiety. Example would be cervical instability where extremely important nerves are vulnerable. Would it not be wise for your body to try to protect you by making you feel afraid and threatened? It knows it’s weak. It wants healing, it doesn’t know how to get it though. I think some people spend their whole lives trying to find healing and acceptance in the world and never get it no matter what. The world hates some people, and worst of all, it’s for no reason. This can create a cascade of health issues from stress. Also there are some people who are simply born with an inherent weakness. Like a person born blind, although, sometimes their blindness allows them to see much more of what humanity can’t see because they can see.

    I now developing health anxiety due to migraines and heartburns mood swings 😢

      Migraines ....take vit B2. Cut out sugar and junk food. Drink lots of water 6-8 cups a day. Trust me on this.
      Heartburn....is caused by too many carbs like breads and sugars. Eat whole foods. Meat. Veggies and fruit and grains.
      It will all go away.

    something that kinda helped me a bit was the fact that the brain will start to scan for evidence of your thoughts... like if its cold and im in my "10 special Minutes" my brain will take the fact that its cold and set it up as if my blood circuit is collapsing. Like my mind will take ANYTHING to prove my Anxiety is real causing all kinds of misinterpretation of natural processes in my body. So i started going like "nope thats wrong .. stop trying to scan for evidence that does not exist" and ... yeah i dunno it kinda works the more often i do that
