Absolutely lovely but at that price with site fees and domestic bills far far too much all in. Would be cheaper buying bricks and mortar
The site fees cover security, refuse collection and upkeep of the facilities for use by the residents only. When you are away from your property you can rest assured it is safe in a gated community. While you are there you have facilities to use and a reception who can help you with anything you need, you have piece of mind with a mobile home in a park which you wouldn't necessarily have with a building.
I can assure you that you do not get a community spirit in bricks and mortar . These sites are safe , secure and best of all friendly .

£77k for a caravan, I would rather put it into bricks and mortar, unless you own the land it stands on you have to pay extortionate ground rents and the maintenance is pretty high. If after a while you decide to sell you will probably get less than a third of what you paid for it regardless of the condition!
These homes are sited in gated communities with 24 hour security and lots of on-site leisure facilities included in the service fee, such as large swimming pools, gyms, playing areas, bowling greens etc. The rates also include refuse collection and grounds maintenance - and most parks also have free transport into the local towns. There is also help and support offered by the site owners with regard to maintaining the home and plot, each park is different however there is a strong community spirit with help not too far away for people living on parks as opposed to owning individual bricks and mortar properties in the towns.
Caravans In The Sun that still doesn't alter the fact that that caravans are higher maintenance and unlike homes they never gain value!

As someone who’s as worked in construction for over 35 years let me tell you a few facts
A house whatever size needs more regular and expensive maintenance than any mobile home
And buying property to make money on it is a lottery there’s no guarantees
And the reason people are buying in this setting is as explained it’s a gated community with lots of like minded people who have chosen this not for monetary reasons but for the quality of life
