Would you help them to resell ( seeing as you seem to have the monopoly in this area ? ) or do you leave them stranded in a home they carnt sell due to the fact you have the monopoly ? How many parks have you actually put homes on I wonder 💭 and not helped with any aftersales ? An answer would be sweet so potential customers would know this ? Do you also inform your customers of the potential rent rises ? As one would hope they were in line with government guidelines ? 💭 of the desired country 🧐🧐🧐🧐
@@julietwilson2996 Yes we do, we handle both sides. We also provide after care in helping find and install home enhancements. Most parks we deal with don't have an age limit on homes, as long as they are well-maintained. We are the main dealer of Willerby and Tingdene and we also transport homes between parks, some of our customers simply have us transport their existing home for them. All rent rises are pretty much a percentage each year or every couple of years, customers are advised of this at outset as its an inevitable increase which happens no matter which park you go on. Why do people buy sweat tins when in Spain you can buy bricks !! Probably for less !! Would not be much good for me and my allergy’s !! My mother had one and talk about dust !! Where does it come from ? She always said fibres on the walls !! And not to mention the mould spores !! Then you stuck with what is usually enormous ground rents!! Not for me thanx !! But if it was made of bricks this be a nice home minus the ground rent , what is the ground rent btw ? No mention of that ? And what are the neighbours like ? Be my first Q !! Hi Juliet, Good question. There are many perks to owning a mobile home in Spain as opposed to bricks and mortar. For one, these homes are on gated, secure communities with security so your home is always safe. Your service fee covers this security as well as the exclusive facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, bowling greens and games rooms which are for the use of residents only. This means that the general public are not wandering around and there is a real sense of community with other residents. Your service fee also covers refuse collection and sewerage and sometimes your utilities too. The majority of our homes come with air conditioning - and so they are not too hot. So far we have not had any complaints about dust or mould - our homes are thoroughly checked before they go on sale and if we don't believe they are up to standard then we simply do not put them on the market. This keeps the regular tourists and other people out so the site is exclusive and comfortable, I'm sure you understand. Our aftersales is first class as we can help with all sorts of other things to help our customers to settle in. They usually get back in touch a few years later to resell and buy something new or relocate.
