dont use that string... it scratches the inside of the gyro... just skim the wheel with the heel of your hand... u can get it going in 1 try once u get used to it. this is a great forearm workout! they are over $35 at stores in michigan...
Hey John, i noticed that my right shoulder, which is the arm I throw with, is lower than the other shoulder. Is it possible to fix this? What can I do to prevent making it worse in the future? Thanks!

I'm not sure if there is something wrong in your mechanics. I would have to see them first. If you have a nagging pain you should probably go see your doctor. Send me an old video of you pitching and I'll take a quick look.
