We must become the word. * He sees me through His Son, He sees me through the finished work of the Cross. * If I do not see myself the way He sees me, I will never approach Him with boldness and live unveiled and start where He finished. * I will try to accomplish what He has already accomplished and prove to myself that I can’t and I mark myself for where I am not instead of where he has already placed me. * I validate my ability to fail, thinking it is humility. * The Lord reconciled the world to Himself not imputing their trespasses against them. * Through Jesus he was willing to see me apart from what I have done wrong to get me to what He created me for. * I have been born again and am a new creation, old things have passed away and all things have become new. * I have been transplanted from the Kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of light. I am part of the new Heaven and the new Earth. * I was crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me. * I was buried with Him through baptism and just as Christ was raised from the dead by the Glory of the Father I was raised from the dead by the same Glory and this is why I am able to live a new life, not just a different life, a new life. * Because of that cross, my interest in this world has been crucified, and the world’s interest in me has also died. * I have died with Christ, and He has set me free from the spiritual powers of this world. I have died to this life, and my real life is hidden with Christ in God. * Father I did not say a prayer just to get me to heaven. I said a prayer and denied myself so I can take up my cross and follow You so You can get heaven back into me, the way you intended it to be from the beginning You created me in Your image, after Your own likeness; to be Your image on the earth. * Jesus you came to save that which was lost; your image. God, You created me in Your image but Adam lost it when he ate of the tree. That image that was lost was restored to me when I was born again and I thank You that as I get to know you better I am becoming more like that image every day. * I triumph over the devil and the flesh because of the Blood of the Lamb the word of my testimony but most of all because I do not love my life unto death. * Father I was not created to be a slave to sin and the flesh. Father, You never made me for anger. I am led by Holy Spirit 24 hours a day. * I am so consumed by You that when I look in a mirror; You stare back at me. * Farther, You did not send Your Son to die on the cross to forgive my sins so that someday I can go to a place called heaven. * Jesus You paid a price to remove my sin, to get Your identity, Your nature and Your Spirit back into me. In other words, it is not all about me getting to heaven, it is about getting heaven back into me, so I can become what you were intended to be from the beginning apart from sin. * Jesus You are the Lamb of God who takes away the sin off the world. I do not have to sin. * Because of the Power of the Cross I do not live with a sin identity but with a righteousness identity. * Father you have dressed me with a cloak righteousness. * I am Righteous because I have been washed with the Blood of the Lamb. * I live righteous conscience and not sin conscience. * I bear good Fruit. We think our ability to sin still labels us as sinners, because we believe that, that is the fruit we produce. Make the tree good and the fruit will be good. We bare bad fruit because the tree is bad. We can't make the fruit good but we can make the tree good then the fruit will be good. Trees thrive and produce good fruit when they are treated with the right fertiliser and taken care of. I was a bad tree in a bad garden that has been transplanted into a good garden by living waters, I must now let the good fertiliser transform me into a good tree. This is done by feeding myself with the word. When the tree is good the fruit will automatically be good. * I thank you that I see people the way you saw me. Jesus, when He was 12 years old, forgotten by His earthly parents, was eventually found in the temple, about His Father’s business. He had this confidence that He was never abandoned. We can have that too once we’re born again. There’s nothing like it.
I so enjoy listening to Dan’s teachings, I appreciate each one that’s posts these, I’ve been drawn to listening for a few years now and even fall asleep listening to the teaching. @@Daybara those verses have context and it matters. We are dead in sin and trespass outside of Christ . His atoning death paid the penalty due God for all that will be saved. Jesus did not die on the cross to create some “ identity” He died to atone for sin so in Him we can stand before a Holy God
107:20 Dan talks about what God said to him when he was thinking about how he couldn’t hug his son that was avoiding him. Was almost identical to what God said to me a couple months ago. I was making eggs and thought about how my husband liked how I made eggs. He fell asleep 6 months ago. I cried and said “I miss making him happy Father!” God said immediately (like Dan said - He didn’t even blink) and matter of factly “Then you’ll just have to make others happy.” God has such a loving way of settling our distressed hearts with truth.

I am struggling with accepting what Dan teaches I know it’s true but I’m selfish. I call myself a Christian for the past 25 years but I do not live His truth. Not sure what to do now. I want God in my heart.

Wow, look where God has you!! The Gospel is purifying your heart! Just tell God honestly that you recognize you are selfish (he already knows, he wants to show you) , seems hard to change but I want to die to what I was never created for. HIS GRACE will make it happen not YOU. In his presence you will be changed. Hold my hand and Father me..... I can do this with you. Dan teaches us to walk blameless, not perfection, God said to Abraham stand before be blameless or perfect. We can walk blameless by simply hearing and obeying his word having fellowship with the Father and his son 1John 1:3-5, after Abraham heard that call he stopped going about life in his flesh and begun to lift his eyes to the his Father and obey his voice.
Boy did I ever just have a perspective shift on my identity because of his word on manifestation of demons. I've seen stuff on occasion since I was about 8 or 10.
Dan, I am praying to be all that ❤ I actually was ALL THAT when I was baptized in Holy Spirit at age 19❣️🙏🏼 But after 2 years of joyously listening and obeying...something flipped inside my spirit (the devil), I just suddenly was tired of being celebrate and I was mad that all the wonderful Christian brothers I knew saw me away sister❣️ So I failed the test of time and went out to find me a man❗️ Yahveh was still good. He sent me the very best man He could, considering no True Christian would have touched me with a ten foot pole in the place I ran away to . Been church hopping, praying, allowing him-polar behaviors, addictive behaviors, non-stop bible study, not stop Faith, prayer without ceasing, Christian friends, even miracles. But I have it regained what I walked away from❣️ I need a HOLY SPIRIT REFILL, to get back to the total listen and obey first Love ❤️ Please add your prayers to mine for TOTAL SOULED OUT RENEWAL OF MY FIRST Baptism in HOLY SPIRIT ❣️🙏🏼
Is it too much to ask for both? I believe Good theology should be biography. If your Theology doesn't become or translate to how you live then it's just head knowledge. Theology is simply just a study of God so you know him more and your relationship with him will be more intimate. I understand that theology can be a taboo word but there's like a perspective in the church that puts relationship and theology against each other when it's exactly the opposite. I understand Dan's heart posture and I know he definitely has a zeal. But why as Christians are we sometimes subjected to a style or way of teaching, When we are called to teach the WHOLE consuel of God. I love Dan I really do, but I sometimes would just love to hear his perspective on the "hard parts" of the Bible and be able to teach from the same grace truth and love he demonstrates here.
I think you make a great point. It is both theology and relationship, and they feed into each other. I see theology as head knowledge (acquired through bible study, experience with God, teaching etc), and relationship as our heart connection.
The reason why his videos all seem the same is that it's literally Dan's mission from God to spread this same message of identity and "death to self" to as many believers as possible, and that's why his videos are always revolving around the same foundational topics. But man oh man, if you want theology, buckle up! He's got some GREAT content. Take some time (and it will take a lot of time) to watch Dan's 50+ days of "School of Kingdom Living." Each day is between 2-3 hours long, so it's a lot of teaching. He dives deep into theology, but not just for the sake of head knowledge, but really how to practically apply that theology in our lives. Both are free on youtube. There are two year's worth, so look up "HCSKL 2011" or "HCSKL 2010." It starts with about a week of basics (much like the many videos you've seen), but then goes deep into what it really means to follow Christ, tackling some of the deeper issues. I am struggling with accepting what Dan teaches I know it’s true but I’m selfish. I call myself a Christian for the past 25 years but I do not live His truth. Not sure what to do now. I want God in my heart.
John 15:4-6 (ESV)
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown away like a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned.
The only way we can be Christ-like where our lives become about Him and not us is to abide in the vine. Believe me it is as simple as saying :
Father, I need a heart connection with you, I want to know your heart and live in your presence. Forgive me for not being obedient to your Word and your Voice. I surrender my will to your Will. Lord, from this day forward, I choose to follow and serve you. I love you Jesus. Thank you for loving me first. I surrender all. In your name I believe and receive, Amen.
God wants you to know Him but you have to die to self. The only way that can happen is when we go after Him and make Him our everything. Spend time in the Word every day. Chew on His Word so it changes your heart. Let Him be the start of your day and He will change your life!

Wow, look where God has you!! The Gospel is purifying your heart! Just tell God honestly that you recognize you are selfish (he already knows, he wants to show you) , seems hard to change but I want to die to what I was never created for. HIS GRACE will make it happen not YOU. In his presence you will be changed. Hold my hand and Father me..... I can do this with you. Dan teaches us to walk blameless, not perfection, God said to Abraham stand before be blameless or perfect. We can walk blameless by simply hearing and obeying his word having fellowship with the Father and his son 1John 1:3-5, after Abraham heard that call he stopped going about life in his flesh and begun to lift his eyes to the his Father and obey his voice.

Boy did I ever just have a perspective shift on my identity because of his word on manifestation of demons. I've seen stuff on occasion since I was about 8 or 10.
Dan, I am praying to be all that ❤ I actually was ALL THAT when I was baptized in Holy Spirit at age 19❣️🙏🏼
But after 2 years of joyously listening and obeying...something flipped inside my spirit (the devil), I just suddenly was tired of being celebrate and I was mad that all the wonderful Christian brothers I knew saw me away sister❣️
So I failed the test of time and went out to find me a man❗️ Yahveh was still good. He sent me the very best man He could, considering no True Christian would have touched me with a ten foot pole in the place I ran away to .
Fast forward to age 67..... good man, good husband, good provider, good health. Been church hopping, praying, allowing him-polar behaviors, addictive behaviors, non-stop bible study, not stop Faith, prayer without ceasing, Christian friends, even miracles.
But I have it regained what I walked away from❣️ I need a HOLY SPIRIT REFILL, to get back to the total listen and obey first Love ❤️

Is it too much to ask for both? I believe Good theology should be biography. If your Theology doesn't become or translate to how you live then it's just head knowledge. Theology is simply just a study of God so you know him more and your relationship with him will be more intimate. I understand that theology can be a taboo word but there's like a perspective in the church that puts relationship and theology against each other when it's exactly the opposite. I understand Dan's heart posture and I know he definitely has a zeal. But why as Christians are we sometimes subjected to a style or way of teaching, When we are called to teach the WHOLE consuel of God. I love Dan I really do, but I sometimes would just love to hear his perspective on the "hard parts" of the Bible and be able to teach from the same grace truth and love he demonstrates here.
I think you make a great point. It is both theology and relationship, and they feed into each other. I see theology as head knowledge (acquired through bible study, experience with God, teaching etc), and relationship as our heart connection.
The reason why his videos all seem the same is that it's literally Dan's mission from God to spread this same message of identity and "death to self" to as many believers as possible, and that's why his videos are always revolving around the same foundational topics.
But man oh man, if you want theology, buckle up! He's got some GREAT content. Take some time (and it will take a lot of time) to watch Dan's 50+ days of "School of Kingdom Living." Each day is between 2-3 hours long, so it's a lot of teaching. He dives deep into theology, but not just for the sake of head knowledge, but really how to practically apply that theology in our lives. Both are free on youtube. There are two year's worth, so look up "HCSKL 2011" or "HCSKL 2010." It starts with about a week of basics (much like the many videos you've seen), but then goes deep into what it really means to follow Christ, tackling some of the deeper issues.
