Weird how you used scaling from pts Naruto and War arc Naruto but you only scaled Sabaody Luffy. A pts Luffy already had SOL scaling. He was quite literally able to dodge Foxy's slow slow beams which are in fact SOL. This is consistent as a few arcs later he SHs are fighting Kuma. Kuma is able to create bubbles that move at SOL or more and SHs are able to dodge with some difficulty. Another thing to note is that Luffy by Sabaody already had at least country level to possibly even small continental AP/DC/Durability. An Alabasta Luffy scaled above characters like Pell and Igaram who were able to survive Bomb blasts that are large city to potentially even small country (keep in mind the OP world is at least 1000s of times larger than our own and Naruto's). In the same arc Luffy flies up to Croc hits him so hard that he hits him through several layers of Bedrock and causing the surrounding buildings and ground to split. Croc was sent flying several feet into the air. Another thing to note is that Luffy is immune to all types of blunt force unless they are imbued with haki or some form of dura neg. In Skypeia, Luffy destroyed a country level attack from the inside; the raigo. He destroyed this while carrying a giant gold ball; he was carrying this same golden ball for at least an hour and was exhausted as he had to travel up the bean stalk. (Also, we're talking about hax but just to correct you, gentle fist would be equivalent to Fishman Karate, not any form or application of haki). He predicts the next move by processing things quicker than normal, it increases reaction time, that's literally it. A higher end example of this is Rimuru, he can process a slight movement by millions of times his normal speed, from his perspective time stops and he can prep for a single attack for however long he wants. That's just observation haki (your senses pick up on the slightest of movements faster than normal), future sight is fundamentally different. Luffy can see every action already play out, even conversations can be heard, not merely sensing or predicted a move. He has time to prepare ahead of the attack and either evade it or block it. The Sharingan basically amps Sasuke's base speed by 2x but Future sight is just a superior hax overall. You have the basic instinctive reaction, and on top of that you can see any attack coming your way and you can plot out a counter of your own ahead of time. Naruto can't overcome this with higher speed (which is the only counter), because Luffy is faster even without the observation haki. Luffy isn't getting hit by any lethal attack from Naruto. You can try again if you want but I've said all I need to. Next question, how would Naruto deal with Luffy's touch morphing him and his energy based attacks into rubber?
Kizaru's devil fruit *_granting_* him light speed movement and attacks, doesn't mean he *_caps_* at light speed. Listen. The description of a devil fruit is just that, a description. If some random child ate the glint glint fruit, they too would be able to move and attack at lightspeed. Momonosuke is the best example of this, he can shoot blast breaths, fly, create clouds etc. These come with the devil fruit, same way the light speed comes with Kizaru's fruit. I'm saying, if you can wrap your head around Naruto(human) being light speed, then why can't Kizaru(Light-man) be faster than light speed? If human cells can maintain form at those speeds, it makes more sense for Kizaru who's made up of photons to be able to maintain FTL speeds comfortably. I'm saying all this to say, people always try to nitpick certain statements and run with them just to make a point. Luffy is currently faster than Naruto, he just is... his added future sight hax makes the gap in speed even worse. I think overall, it's closer than most people would initially think. Personally, I'd say Luffy wins this with extreme difficulty but I could also see Naruto winning. Depends on how you look at the fight.

Alright I’m gonna debunk this whole vid, I believe that Luffy wins and I’ll prove why: Naruto’s AP- I’m gonna start off with debunking this statement, Kurama stated to be able to “turn the world to ash” is a hyperbole. There are many hyperboles in this databook, one even implying that Temari is universal because it says she has the power of the universe 💀 so unless it’s clearly stated that someone is a certain level of power, that is a hyperbole. And the time space statement in the manga was a mistranslation, it translates correctly to “space”. But if still wanna argue that it’s not a mistranslation, it also doesn’t necessarily mean it’s universal. The hyperbolic time chamber in dragon ball is also a time space but goku flat out said it was as big as earth . So not universal. And for the stars in the dimensions, the dimension that Kaguya was gonna destroy was a different one shown in the anime and manga which was shown to have no stars or planets. So kaguya wasn't going to destroy the dimension with the supposed “ stars “ . Kaguya got beat by moon level opponents ( Hagoromo and Hamura). And hagoromo was stated moon level btw “it’s actual body was sealed away and blasted into the sky, where it’s power could not reach. It became the moon.” And even so, we don’t know much about these dimensions so it’s unfair to assume anything about them or that these moons and stars are even real. The moon that Toneri sliced in Naruto was half hollow, so how do we know the moons and stars in these dimensions aren’t also? Naruto in this movie was only able to make a decent sized crater in this hollow moon. Now with Kinshikis statement being able to “split worlds”, again as I previously stated this is another hyperbole, this one especially is further proven as a hyperbole because in the manga he couldn’t even split Sasukes sword and he couldn’t even split Chojuro. So I don’t think he can literally split planets. Where I put Naruto’s AP is around multicontinental to Moon level Naruto’s speed- With Madaras light fang, since it had to hit the rod first, the light-fang would've lost all that light-speed velocity, thus allowing naruto to avoid it.. and these things are durable enough to in intercept susano's arrow and by logic sasuke's susano should be > madara's lightfang unless i'm missing something. i refuse to believe this beam pierced clean through the rod when sasuke SUSANO arrow was stopped by that same material. So in Dressrosa Luffy was fighting, in base and in gear 2, Don Chinjao who split a continent and Luffy beat him. So that already puts Luffy above continent to multi continent, and this is back at Dressrosa. Fast forward to Wano, in gear 4 he fought Kaido for the first time and lost. He trained in Udon after his loss, and after the training he was stated that his base form was stronger than his previous gear 4 in the fight against Kaido. So base form after Udon>gear four beginning of wano. And that gear four that lost to Kaido was way stronger than the gear 2 in Dressrosa, so Dressrosa Luffy

Weird how you used scaling from pts Naruto and War arc Naruto but you only scaled Sabaody Luffy. A pts Luffy already had SOL scaling. He was quite literally able to dodge Foxy's slow slow beams which are in fact SOL. This is consistent as a few arcs later he SHs are fighting Kuma. Kuma is able to create bubbles that move at SOL or more and SHs are able to dodge with some difficulty.
Another thing to note is that Luffy by Sabaody already had at least country level to possibly even small continental AP/DC/Durability. An Alabasta Luffy scaled above characters like Pell and Igaram who were able to survive Bomb blasts that are large city to potentially even small country (keep in mind the OP world is at least 1000s of times larger than our own and Naruto's). In the same arc Luffy flies up to Croc hits him so hard that he hits him through several layers of Bedrock and causing the surrounding buildings and ground to split. Croc was sent flying several feet into the air.
Another thing to note is that Luffy is immune to all types of blunt force unless they are imbued with haki or some form of dura neg.
In Skypeia, Luffy destroyed a country level attack from the inside; the raigo. He destroyed this while carrying a giant gold ball; he was carrying this same golden ball for at least an hour and was exhausted as he had to travel up the bean stalk. He then sent Enel flying into the golden bell and broke the ball. You might say "Well Luffy was rubber so he was carried by that". This is not true as Luffy in that arc was speedblitzing this Enel. He also destroyed the raigo (which was stated to have the power to destroy Skypeia was was heavily implied to be what destroyed Birka)from the inside. This Luffy was at best around half his power as I explained above.

He predicts the next move by processing things quicker than normal, it increases reaction time, that's literally it.
A higher end example of this is Rimuru, he can process a slight movement by millions of times his normal speed, from his perspective time stops and he can prep for a single attack for however long he wants.
That's just observation haki (your senses pick up on the slightest of movements faster than normal), future sight is fundamentally different.
Luffy can see every action already play out, even conversations can be heard, not merely sensing or predicted a move.
He has time to prepare ahead of the attack and either evade it or block it.
The Sharingan basically amps Sasuke's base speed by 2x but Future sight is just a superior hax overall. You have the basic instinctive reaction, and on top of that you can see any attack coming your way and you can plot out a counter of your own ahead of time.
Naruto can't overcome this with higher speed (which is the only counter), because Luffy is faster even without the observation haki.
Luffy isn't getting hit by any lethal attack from Naruto.

I'm saying, if you can wrap your head around Naruto(human) being light speed, then why can't Kizaru(Light-man) be faster than light speed? If human cells can maintain form at those speeds, it makes more sense for Kizaru who's made up of photons to be able to maintain FTL speeds comfortably.

Naruto’s AP- I’m gonna start off with debunking this statement, Kurama stated to be able to “turn the world to ash” is a hyperbole. There are many hyperboles in this databook, one even implying that Temari is universal because it says she has the power of the universe 💀 so unless it’s clearly stated that someone is a certain level of power, that is a hyperbole. And the time space statement in the manga was a mistranslation, it translates correctly to “space”. But if still wanna argue that it’s not a mistranslation, it also doesn’t necessarily mean it’s universal. The hyperbolic time chamber in dragon ball is also a time space but goku flat out said it was as big as earth . So not universal. And for the stars in the dimensions, the dimension that Kaguya was gonna destroy was a different one shown in the anime and manga which was shown to have no stars or planets. So kaguya wasn't going to destroy the dimension with the supposed “ stars “ . Kaguya got beat by moon level opponents ( Hagoromo and Hamura). And hagoromo was stated moon level btw “it’s actual body was sealed away and blasted into the sky, where it’s power could not reach. It became the moon.” And even so, we don’t know much about these dimensions so it’s unfair to assume anything about them or that these moons and stars are even real. The moon that Toneri sliced in Naruto was half hollow, so how do we know the moons and stars in these dimensions aren’t also? Naruto in this movie was only able to make a decent sized crater in this hollow moon. Now with Kinshikis statement being able to “split worlds”, again as I previously stated this is another hyperbole, this one especially is further proven as a hyperbole because in the manga he couldn’t even split Sasukes sword and he couldn’t even split Chojuro. So I don’t think he can literally split planets. Where I put Naruto’s AP is around multicontinental to Moon level
Naruto’s speed- With Madaras light fang, since it had to hit the rod first, the light-fang would've lost all that light-speed velocity, thus allowing naruto to avoid it.. and these things are durable enough to in intercept susano's arrow and by logic sasuke's susano should be > madara's lightfang unless i'm missing something. i refuse to believe this beam pierced clean through the rod when sasuke SUSANO arrow was stopped by that same material. Also, if it was really a piercing attack the beam which is thinner than the staff shouldn’t cut it so cleanly, matter of fact it shouldn’t cut it at all. Now with Deltas light beams, even Kawaki was shown to outrun Deltas beams (and we know that at this point Kawaki is definitely not FTL). So that already puts Luffy above continent to multi continent, and this is back at Dressrosa. Fast forward to Wano, in gear 4 he fought Kaido for the first time and lost. He trained in Udon after his loss, and after the training he was stated that his base form was stronger than his previous gear 4 in the fight against Kaido. So base form after Udon>gear four beginning of wano. And that gear four that lost to Kaido was way stronger than the gear 2 in Dressrosa, so Dressrosa Luffy
