I think the craziest part of this is the fact that in first 2 games arsenal was quiet vs OXY, and retals was able to talk him out of it and he was much more vocal in game 3

Dont mean to praise myself, but i have to let you know, that mentallity isnt random. It is a stong mindset that was backed up, and you can achieve it in a smaller scale (a 5 min game with a bad start) Lowkey im just trying to promote this because when i see it my teammates dont and they ff (solo standard player here). Here is what i posted in my other comment.
when i have games like this where we whiff i call them percentage luck (need a good name). Its basically whenever you are loosing but not even playing bad and on that rare "it should have been a goal" i dont get mad because its that percentege luck, where im gonna miss sometimes.
This basically gives me the confidence and assures me that in the end it will be me on top. getting percentege luck for 5 min rare like winning the lottery so i know the game will end strong.

Biggest three things I notice is that everyone starts repeating themselves multiple times when they get excited which clogs up the comms, the calls are multiple words instead of just one or two which makes the problem worse, and everyone keeps saying what they already did instead of calling their shots before hand. If you listen to nrg's comms in that game you'll notice how much more space there is in their comms which means people can say what they need to without getting talked over. At 29:15 your coach was right on the money.
Respect the hell out of you for posting Ls as well, Retals.

i feel like this win against oxygen right here is what made SSG qualify for the LAN and oxygen fall short. without the 120 points, as of today, they would have been 630 SSG and 570 OXG. literally would have reversed their scoreline if they lost. this is fantastically clutch in hindsight.

Yea idk if it was nerves or what but the comms vs NRG sounded way more panicky. It’s crazy because there were like 2-3 unlucky plays that could’ve flipped this series. A couple mistakes too but that’s the name of the game.
