This figure is made from ABS plastic+metal. Wheelie even has rubber tires. The deco is a good representation of the G1 cartoon. Most of the joins are ball joins. Wheelie's body is all metal. Articulation isn't the best but decent. I've seen some places where this or a previous version was a licensed product at one point.
