Wheat flour (atta)- 2 cups of 500 grams
Boiled potatoes - 500 grams
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Black peppers - 10
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Aamchur powder -1 tsp
Green chilli -3
Garlic cloves - 12
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil/ butter/ ghee
