Love the enthusiasm
I just haven't gotten into modern foreign films yet for the most part. However, I did just review another 2009 film, "The Lovely Bones".
Should be renamed: The Lovely CGI
I watched parts of that and it looks boring i am impressed i even remember it exist
Love your in depth and passionate movie reviews! Thought The White Ribbon was an interesting but not perfect film. Can you please, please, please do a review of 'Fearless'?! It is a 1993 American drama film from fellow Aussie director Peter Weir (I'm Australian). It is a criminally underrated gem that struck a huge emotional chord with me and is now my No. 1 film of all time. It's quite hard to get a hold of but if you can, definitely watch it and do a video on it because it deserves all the love and attention it can get!
I actually have it on DVD, but for some reason I've never seen it. I'll try to review it at a certain point in time.
No worries mate! I'm hungry to hear your opinion on it because it is a one-of-a-kind quality and achingly human film with a wealth of thematic material to discuss.
I remember watching the movie and it was so disturbing and quietly scary but i loved it. I need to rewatch it!
