What happened at 22:00 in the 3rd set (score 3-2) that got Miles so upset? Thought there was a net?

Miles felt that his possible attack/knuckle set was impacted by David reaching over the net I believe. He felt the ball didn't break the plane of the net and David blocked it when he went to set/pokey. Miles can do some incredible plays so I am not sure if he was trying to set there or pokey.
