Wonderful. My horse is retired at a PP farm in California. It has extended his life!
Glad to hear. Horses have a much better life living on a Paddock Paradise. Retired horses re-discover herd life and having to think for themselves. Something they never do when on pasture.
that's the best explanation i have seen of paddock paradise/track systems and on only an acre too. wonderful. and so many people in the UK think you can't do it in the uk because of lack of space. this show's that's not true

Hi! Yes, the little dark pony is a guest. What's great about a Paddock Paradise system is that it promotes moving, and by moving, ponies can keep the weight down. Herd dynamics is the key! I'm glad you enjoyed!
Excellent video, I also have PP on one acre. I am fairly new to horse ownership and recently had a rude awakening when my mare became lame and after several differing vet diagnosis an equine body worker showed me her unbalanced feet due to poor farrier practices. I have a new farrier and hope her lameness will be resolved soon. Just another aspect we as owners need to know.
excuse me for replying so late! I hope your horse is back on the road to recovery. Hopefully she is barefoot. There's a great magazine called The Barefoot Horse Magazine that you might like. It's very informative on lifestyle, barefoot, and how to manage the diet! If you're new to all this, I'm sure you'll discover alot!
