Is premie always a level 14, cuz I’ve picked it up twice and it’s way too hard to do, so many ships in there that are the same level as well, I have no idea, even after watching this, how to accomplish it
@andydeluxe97 always try to keep the ships behind you and sail in a circle around the fort taking shots when you can. No time limit so just take your time, brace when you need to and use enhanced 1 and 2 repair kits for shorter cool down
Everyone will have a different opinion. To me they are all worth doing, once you get the time done you will do all 5 plunders before they reset and still have time for other things as well.

Yes it is always lvl 14. What weapons are you using? Try to keep all ships behind you and fight them that way
What is your build? I need this for that investigation don't know how far I have to plunder though. How do you get to 12?

Fort Premie is even harder than you think with two or three people, if the whole world was there, it would be easier!
With the right build they can all be done solo but I do see your point

Literally not worth it though...
