Whilst the model is good, there’s still a piece missing. That piece is the bottom up approach, where we engage as many minds as possible, improving their patch every day. ‘Everybody, every day’ as it’s sometimes known.
Rather than relying on a small number of specialists to find and deliver big improvements to drive the business, we develop a large number of people, operators who are experts, to create many small kaizens.
