My 3rd year with Little Quick Fire about 50 Miles N. of Indy. June 08 2024 and it is Full of blooms just coming out. So perfect for 4th of July Parties.
Thank you for the feedback! For Let's Dance Lovable pruning is not generally recommended. Although its flower buds are formed on both old wood and new wood, any cuts will impact its flowering potential. Dead or damaged wood can be removed at any time, just cut back to a set of leaves. If you’d like to prune to shape the plant, this can be done when the plant is starting to break dormancy in early spring or late winter, just look for swelling green leaf buds. Deadheading can be done after bloom, just follow the stem down to the first set of leaves and cut ¼ of an inch above them.

Thank you so much for this, we so appreciate you letting us know. We are always trying to make our language kinder and more inclusive and we certainly did not know the origin/connotation of that phrase. We would never intentionally say something hurtful or harmful. Thank you again, we will continue to learn and grow! ❤
It could, and it's good to consider, but there are a couple of factors that would help to minimize any potential risk to pollinators. First, pollinators are unlikely to take refuge in grass, preferring instead to stay nearer flowers and in brighter, warmer areas. Second, it's going to depend on what type of pesticide you are using but most chemicals that would be used to eradicate fleas would be formulated specifically for fleas and not just general insecticides so are less likely to harm non-target insects, but do thoroughly read the label to be sure. We would recommend reaching out to your local cooperative extension for any specific flea management advice they can provide, as they will be the true experts for your area. ☺

Thank you so much for this, we so appreciate you letting us know. We are always trying to make our language kinder and more inclusive and we certainly did not know the origin/connotation of that phrase. We would never intentionally say something hurtful or harmful. Thank you again, we will continue to learn and grow! ❤
I have a question about fleas. Vets say to spray grass to knock down the flea population outside but won’t that hurt the pollinators?
