Cam has a commitment and mission to fulfill, I feel bad that this happened period. In the end our ations not only hurt us, they hurt those young man and their chances of being better, or making wise decisions that could ultimately affect their life's in the future. My respect to Cam for admitting he made a poor decision.
If players want tp trash talk a little, whatever. But the coaches need to monitor that and make sure it stays in bounds, not joining in. That's any level of any sport. But good on cam for realizing and acknowledging this, even if it was after the fact

I don't like hearing that he's getting disrespected at his own events? He's doing great work helping these kids and using his free time and platform to improve the youth. We need more dudes like Cam. I was never the biggest fan of his on the field, but I always knew he was a good guy. No matter what you think, he was a starting, Superbowl calibre QB. Like it or not, he knows how to play football.
What other player always made sure to give the TD ball to a kid in the front section of the endzone. He would take the ball away from others to do it.
I truly don’t understand why he’s apologizing. I can see maybe apologizing about crossing the line with words that was said but for basically defending himself and not throwing one punch….you apologize for that??…Maybe there’s a street or sponsorship element to this situation we’re missing and that’s why he’s apologizing. Going by what I saw the coaches throwing the punches should be the only ones apologizing.
