YOUR SUPPORT SUCKS @ANTELOPE AUDIO~!!!!! I have a new Zen go synergy core and can never get support. It is not functioning as it should. WHY SO FRUSTRATING!!!!??? Calls do not get picked up, emails do not get responded to and chats are just a dummy, no one there. WHAT IS THIS!???

Really? I own a Zen Go too, connected to Windows and had a few bugs shortly after I bought it. The bugs were software related and in part due to my lack of computer knowledge. I have contacted Antelope Audio customer service several times via emails and have always received a reply within a day or two and everytime the staff there was kind and helpful. They took care of my problems and brought solutions. I have been using my Zen Go for over three years now and have upgraded my unit to the latest software a couple of times and everything works fine so far. Are you contacting Antelope Audio directly or going through a local distributor or retailer?
Make sure to contact Antelope Audio directly. I took their email adress from their corporate website. Maybe this will help?
