- We visit Forbidden Woods Cemetery home haunt to see their haunted house walkthrough full of scary DIY Halloween props and tons of Halloween decorations a decor ideas. We love visiting maze walkthroughs, dark rides, and haunted houses. It's even better when you get to tour with the creator of the haunt. Aldo the mad man behind this Forbidden Woods Haunt has such an amazing collection of Halloween props and decor its almost to much to see in one visit. He has also designed and created layer upon layer of spooky jute netting, different materials, fabrics, and camo netting making you feel so immersed. This haunted house not only holds a massive amount of scary props it also has a great amount of lighting. We love how he has inserted several awesome Halloween decorations he purchased on sale at Spirit Halloween Store. The one aspect we just absolutely loved about this haunt was the organic feel from room to room and the detailed set dressing in each area of the haunted house walkthrough. It really is a must see and should be added to your go to list for inspirations and decoration ideas for making a haunted house or Halloween display.

We don't have nearly as many home haunts out here on the East Coast. It's inspirational to see so many other people enjoying this hobby.

I really like all the little details in this haunt. It's the kind of haunt you'd want to walk though more than once just to see how many things you'd missing on the first trip. That entrance with the wall of foam looked really neat and creepy.

Hi guys, your video's have been one of my favorites.
It's wonderful to see your son growing up, added benefit of your videos.
Because of the coronavirus, I'm reaching out to my favorites and asking them to produce a video geared at k- 12 students who are stuck home and need something to do other than drive their parents crazy while stuck at home.
Something simple & cheap, like a tombstone made from a cereal or Amazon box . Or even a diorama.
I had have the tools to create a video and I think it would be better coming from a young family with a great spirit ( your family) than a old woman ( me).
Please consider this.

I was hoping you guys would ask how the bridges were made. Do you remember how he made them?
I think it was a spirit halloween display he picked up. I have seen people make diy versions of them by gluing wood pickets to soft foam pcs and stapling a rope across all the boards. When you walk across them it moves. The real way is to drill holes through each board and run rope through them and then make a box frame on the outside to suspend the bridge.

We always have to deal with wind and rain in October. How is the weather there during the haunting season
The city we live in has terrible wind as well and the rain is hit or miss. When you get more towards Los Angeles it's not too bad.

I think your refering to jute netting or erosion cloth. It's a landscaping fabric mesh that comes in rolls. I think he mentioned somewhere in the video that he found a good price on amazon but I'm not for sure. I have also seen it at home depot in the outside area before but I think you can get a bigger roll for the money somewhere else.
Are those fog machines water proof if there out one the weather yeah round?
No, most fog machines are just put out when you use them. This was filmed back in October in case it you were thinking it was filmed recently.

No they don't. Sounds like they decorate for Christmas but take most of it down.

Nice props, but you need separate mikes for the people, every time the camera man says ‘ya’ it’s way to loud.
We would like to gear up some day so we can make things better quality. We have only just used our phones in our hands shooting things in the moment up to now.
