  • Welcome to today's 30 minute Pilates practice to help you balance the demands of your upper body, both strength, and mobility. It is important to understand the way your shoulder girdle is meant to move and to encourage those movements so that you don't lose your range of motion and then build strength around this ability to move.     I love your sessions Sarah. I started these before the shutdown here in Australia and now have my sister in UK subscribed to you as well.
    Just wanted to mention that the Nourishing Pilates seems to have interference at time’s but realise this may be due to heavy internet traffic especially now with everyone working from home. Anyway love your pilates and finish off with a short meditation of yours. Thank you from Oz

    Good session, worked well. Found the roll back and up as the ball with the breath abit much. For all these pilate classes ith yourself I do find you can go abit fast through the routine sometimes. As say I'm trying to focus on good technique and posture and can find myself rushed sometimes as where going through rather then taking abit more time with the movement to get it cleanly done and stay relaxed. Dont know if others find this but just thought to share my experience as someone new to this. All best and thank you was great work out.
